Common use of Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employee. A regular employee who is hired to work a predetermined schedule of forty (40) hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) hours in a two (2) week pay period in a budgeted position.

Part-Time Employee. Part-Time Employee. A regular employee in a budgeted position who is hired to work a predetermined schedule of forty (40) either 40 hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) 80 hours in a two (2) week pay period in period, or a budgeted positionrotating schedule of at least 40 hours but less than 80 hours per two cycles.

Part-Time Employee. A regular An employee who is hired assigned to work a predetermined position which is expected to continue for an indefinite duration, and works a schedule of forty (40) 29 hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) hours in a two (2) week pay period in a budgeted positionper week.

Part-Time Employee. A regular part time employee is one who is hired regularly scheduled to work a predetermined continuing schedule of forty less than thirty (4030) hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) hours in a two (2) week pay period in a budgeted positionper week.

Part-Time Employee. A regular part-time employee is an employee who is hired regularly scheduled to work a predetermined schedule of less than forty (40) hours within a seven (7) day period or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty eight (80) hours in within a two fourteen (214) week pay day period in a budgeted positionand who has successfully completed the required introductory period.

Part-Time Employee. An employee in the bargaining unit (as defined in Section A regular employee hereof) who is hired to work a predetermined schedule of forty (40) 40 hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) 80 hours in a two (2) week pay period in a budgeted position.

Part-Time Employee. Part-Time Employee. Part-Time Employee. A person employed in a regularly budgeted class or position to which a regular employee who may be appointed, and whose normal work schedule is hired to work a predetermined schedule of forty (40) hours or more in a two (2) week pay period but less than eighty (80) 40 hours in a two (2) week pay period in week. Part-time employees shall be paid at the rate of the hourly equivalent of the range and step at which they are appointed. Benefits shall be provided to such employees on a budgeted positionprorated basis.
