Common use of Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employee. For the purposes of this Article, a Part-time Employee is an employee who is assigned to a position that is designated as .5 FTE or greater but less than the time required to be a Full-time Employee.

Part-Time Employee. For the purposes of this Article, a Part17.3.1 A part-time Employee is an employee Employee who does not meet the definition of a full- time Employee and who is assigned engaged to a position that is designated as .5 FTE or greater but work for less than the time required to be a Fullfull-time Employee38 hours per week, in accordance with the Hours of Work clause of this Agreement.
