Common use of Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employee. For the purposes of this Article, a Part-time Employee is an employee who is assigned to a position that is designated as .5 FTE or greater but less than the time required to be a Full-time Employee.

Part-Time Employee. For the purposes of this Article, a Part2.3.1 A part-time Employee employee is an employee who is assigned to with a position that is designated as .5 FTE or greater but workload of less than the fifty (50%) percent hired for a specified period of time required to be and at a Fullspecified location. It is understood that part-time Employeeemployees will not be hired for the purpose of displacing regular employees.
