PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AFFAIRS. 5-5.01 The Board may allow an employee required to work during an election or referendum held by the Grand Council of the (Eeyou Istchee) Crees or a band council, up to three (3) days off without loss of salary including applicable premiums, if any. However, he or she must remit to the Board the salary received during the election or referendum up to the amounts paid by the Board.
