Patches and Fixes. ImageSoft will provide support for bug fixes and error in the provided software in accordance with the ImageSoft/Hyland System Maintenance Agreement. ImageSoft will liaise with Xxxxxx Software support personnel to coordinate the resolution of the bug or software product error.

Patches and Fixes. Recognizing the unpredictable nature of Fixes and patch releases, to the fullest extent commercially reasonable, MOTRICITY will notify CINGULAR in writing of all such changes that will affect the use of the Storefront, at the earliest possible date prior to commercial release. Requests submitted for Fixes and patch releases will detail the Fixes and any functionality, interoperability and performance implications.

Patches and Fixes. Recognizing the unpredictable nature of bug fixes and patch releases, Southern LINC will be notified of any such changes to the Application which have a material impact on the Application, as determined by @Road, at the earliest commercially reasonable date prior to commercial release. Bug fixes and patch releases will be submitted to Southern LINC AV&V process, through the defined Southern LINC POC, employing the existing Southern LINC documentation and request forms. AV&V Requests submitted for bug fixes and patch releases will detail the fix and any software functionality, interoperability and performance implications, and a summary of @Road's test(s) which demonstrate that the release functions properly on Southern LINC System. PLATFORM AND COMMUNICATIONS CHANGE PROCESS System Upgrades and Changes Southern LINC will be notified of any planned application platform and communications systems upgrades relating to the Application, which have a material impact on the Application thirty (30) days prior to commercial cutover. Material planned system upgrades, changes will be submitted to Southern LINC AV&V process, through the defined Southern LINC POC, employing the existing Southern LINC documentation, and request forms. AV&V Requests submitted for upgrades and changes will detail the upgrade and/or change any functionality, interoperability, and performance implications. REVIEW Upon reasonable request, @Road agrees to meet with Southern LINC by phone or in person at a time and place mutually agreeable to the parties to review reports and the parties' performance under this Service Level Agreement. No more than one such meeting shall occur per calendar quarter unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. EXHIBIT B ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION OF SERVICES I. CUSTOMER PROVISIONING OF SERVICES FOR USE WITH THE APPLICATION The parties agree that within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, the parties will determine and agree to a process for activation of Services and the Application web site accounts for Customers.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Upgrades If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis. You agree by your installation and use of such copy of the Software to voluntarily terminate your earlier XXXX and that you will not continue to use the earlier version of the Software or transfer it to another person or entity unless such transfer is pursuant to Section 3.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Hardware NCR Voyix may offer you the option to purchase or subscribe to Hardware. Hardware provided may not be new but may be like-new, except for Hardware purchased from NCR Voyix, which will be new. Delivery of the Hardware will be made to your designated Licensed Site(s). All Hardware purchased by you directly from NCR Voyix or from a Reseller for use in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, includes a standard 30-day non-transferable warranty against defects in manufacture, beginning on the date of purchase. Damage from wear and tear, misuse and other factors are not covered.
