Payment for Working on a. Paid Holiday If a regular part-time employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in Article 15.1 - Paid Holidays, the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½) times their regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.
