Payment of Other Charges. Mortgagor shall pay all assessments, water rates and sewer rents, ground rents, maintenance charges, other governmental impositions, and other charges, including without limitation vault charges and license fees for the use of vaults, chutes and similar areas adjoining the Premises, now or hereafter levied or assessed or imposed against the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof (the "Other Charges") as the same become due and payable. Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the Other Charges have been so paid or are not then delinquent no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which the Other Charges would otherwise be delinquent if not paid. Mortgagor shall not suffer and shall promptly cause to be paid and discharged any lien or charge whatsoever which may be or become a lien or charge against the Mortgaged Property, and shall promptly pay for all utility services provided to the Mortgaged Property.
Payment of Other Charges. Within ninety (90) days after the expiration of each Lease Year of the Lease Term (or as soon thereafter as such information becomes available), Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of Landlord's estimate of Tenant's Share of the Other Charges due for the next Lease Year. Tenant shall pay the estimated Tenant's Share in advance in equal monthly installments on the first day of each month of such Lease Year. During the period of time following the expiration of a Lease Year and Tenant's receipt of its estimated Tenant's Share, Tenant shall continue to pay Landlord the same amounts that were estimated for the prior Lease Year. Within ninety (90) days after the end of each Lease Year, or as soon thereafter as such information becomes available, Landlord shall compute Tenant's Share for such Lease Year based upon the actual amount of the Other Charges for that Lease Year, and if the total amount paid by Tenant for such Lease Year is less than the actual amount of Tenant's Share for such Lease Year, Tenant shall pay Landlord any deficiency promptly upon receipt of a written notice of the amount thereof from Landlord. If the total amount paid by Tenant for such Lease Year exceeds the actual amount of Tenant's Share, Landlord shall credit such excess to the next monthly payments of Tenant's Share of Other Charges which thereafter come due. If this Lease commences at a time other than the beginning of a calendar year, Tenant shall pay the estimated Tenant's Share for the remaining portion of the initial Lease Year from and including the Commencement Date. If this Lease expires at a time other than the last day of a calendar year, Tenant shall be obligated to pay immediately any deficiencies which shall be computed at the expiration of that Lease Year. If the estimated amount Tenant has paid for that Lease Year exceeds the actual amount of Tenant's Share, and if Tenant has otherwise complied with all of the terms and provisions of this Lease and has paid all amounts that are or may otherwise become payable to Landlord, Landlord shall credit such excess to the next payment or payments of Additional Rent due hereunder, or refund such excess to Tenant if such excess occurs in the final Lease Year of the Lease Term. Payment of Other Charges. Tenant shall make all payments of Other Charges to Landlord, or third parties, as applicable, which pursuant hereto are the responsibility of Tenant.

Payment of Other Charges. Your payment for propane delivery and Rented Equipment does not include certain other charges that are set forth on the Current Charges. If you are a Pay in Advance Customer, you must pay installation and connection charges prior to installation. Budget Billing and Statement Billing Customers will be billed for installation and connection charges after those charges are incurred. Certain other charges will be billed to all Customers. Payment is due and payable on the due date shown on your statement. The Current Charges includes a “HAZMAT Fee” for the handling of hazardous materials and for compliance with laws and regulations concerning hazardous materials. These fees do not represent a tax or fee paid to or imposed by any governmental authority, and we will retain all of the charges. We have not specifically quantified the relationship between the charges and the actual costs associated with the charges, which can vary by product, service, time, and place, among other things.
Payment of Other Charges. Rental items (short term/yearly moorage, boat storage, trailer storage, etc.) shall be paid within due date stated in this lease or any other agreement. All other items (gas, oil, water- craft rentals, etc.) must be paid fully within 10 days of the due date stated on the printed statement and/or after receiving xxxx. A late charge of five percent (5%) will be charged per month until the full amount is paid. All bills from the previous season must be paid prior to December 10 of the Lease year in order to close XXXXXX’X books for the year.
Payment of Other Charges. In addition to the fees referred to in Section 3, Client shall pay Sextant, in the manner provided in the next sentence, Sextant’s charges, plus an additional 10% service fee, for transportation (including, without limitation, airfares, taxi fares, parking, lodging and meals), messengers and other courier services (including, without limitation, overnight courier services), faxes, long distance and conference telephone calls, photocopies, voter and telephone lists, copies of reports and data books in addition to the copies of the same delivered as part of the deliverables referred to in Section 2, copies of video and audio tapes in addition to the copies of the same delivered as part of the deliverables referred to in Section 2, computerized research services, banner books and banner book copies, and other items necessary in connection with the Services. Sextant shall from time to time furnish Client with statements setting forth such charges in reasonable detail and Client shall pay Sextant the amounts reflected on any such statement upon Client's receipt thereof. Payment of Other Charges a. The Office Purchaser/s shall deposit and keep deposited with the M/s Xxxxxxxxxxx Developers Pvt Ltd. , the following amounts before the delivery of possession of the said Office Premise:-
i. Rs.750/-, an estimated amount towards share money, application entrance fee of the Society or Limited Company (“association”) / Federation / Apex Body
ii. Rs.5000/-, an estimated amount towards formation and registration of the Society or Limited Company /Federation / Apex Body
iii. Rs. , an estimated amount towards Proportionate Share Of Taxes And Other Charges / Levies In Respect Of The Society Or Limited Company / Federation / Apex Body
iv. Rs.20/- per sq. ft. per month, an estimated amount towards maintenance charges for 24 months for purpose of management and maintenance of Building/Wing and its vicinity
v. Rs.10,000/-, an estimated amount towards meeting all legal cost, charges and expenses, including professional costs of Advocates/Solicitors of the Developer in connection with formation of the society / limited company / federation / Apex Body and for preparing its rules, regulations, bye-laws, etc. and the cost of preparing and engrossing the conveyance.
b. The Office Purchaser/s shall draw a cheque in favour of ‘Xxxxxxx Developers’, the following amounts before the delivery of possession of the said Office Premise:-
i. Rs.30,000/-, an estimated amount towards Electric Cables, Electric Meter installation, Electric Meter non-refundable deposit, Water Meter non- refundable deposit and Connection Charges etc.
ii. Rs. /- Common Areas including Infrastructure & Development Charges (Cheque to be drawn in favour of “Xxxxxxx Developers”)
Payment of Other Charges. The College covenants and agrees to pay directly to the appropriate party, when due, all assessments, levies, taxes and insurance premiums of every kind and nature relating to the whole or any part of the Project or any interest therein, and all costs, expenses, liabilities and charges of every kind and nature, including wages and charges for gas, electricity, water, sewer and other utilities, relating to maintenance, operation, repair, replacement and improvement of the Project or any part thereof, or any facilities, machinery or equipment thereon, or to the operation or services conducted or provided thereon or in connection therewith which may arise or accrue. Nothing in this Section shall require the College to pay any such amounts so long as the validity thereof shall be contested in good faith and by appropriate legal proceedings, and such contest does not jeopardize the interest of the Agency and the College in the Project or any part thereof.

The Borrower shall, apart from repayment of the principal and interest thereon, also be required to clear all dues, including but not limited to all applicable taxes and other charges in relation to: (i) application and sanction of the Loan; (ii) repayment of the Loan; and (iii) other applicable charges and taxes due and owing to the Company or regulatory authorities, as the case may be.
