Payment Timeliness. The State shall ensure that timely and accurate payments are made to family child care providers as follows. The State’s uniform, statewide procedures regarding payment timeliness are set forth below. 1. Within 6 months of the ratification of this agreement, contractors and counties are required to develop, implement, and publish for access by family childcare providers a plan for timely payment to family childcare providers, including publication in provider information/handbooks and in individual provider agreements. The plan shall include the following: a. A provision requiring that, in accordance with Title 45, Code of Federal regulations 98.45, family childcare providers be paid within 21 calendar days of the submission of: i. A complete record or invoice for services (attendance record), as defined in the WIC Section 10227.5, or ii. Daily sign-in/sign-out sheets, as referenced in the California Code of Regulations, Title 5 (5 CCR) sections 17818 and 18065. b. A schedule for the payment of services which shall be signed by the family childcare provider. c. A provision that provides if a provider submits attendance records or invoices for multiple children and not all individual records or invoices within the submission are adequate, payments shall not be withheld for those records or invoices that include adequate information to provide a payment. d. Procedures that establish clear processes and timelines to resolve overpayment and underpayment issues, which shall include provider written consent to recover overpayment(s). e. A provision that provides if a contractor or county is unable to issue reimbursement payments within 21 calendar days of submission due to extenuating circumstances, such as an emergency or payment system malfunction, the impacted provider shall be notified within a reasonable timeframe of the contractor or county becoming aware of the circumstance causing the delay of reimbursement payment. 2. The State will support the contractor or county with the development and implementation of the plan and compliance with the requirement for timely payments. If a finding of noncompliance is determined by the California Department of Social Services or the California Department of Education, the respective department may issue a finding of noncompliance and the contractor or county may be subject to corrective action. 3.   • Payment Timing Any lump sum Salary or bonus payments under Sections 3(a)(i), 3(b)(i), and 3(b)(ii) will be provided on the first regularly scheduled payroll date of the Company following the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable (the “Severance Start Date”), subject to any delay required by Section 5(d) below. Any taxable installments of any COBRA-related severance benefits that otherwise would have been made to the Executive on or before the Severance Start Date will be paid on the Severance Start Date, and any remaining installments thereafter will be provided as specified in the Agreement. Any restricted stock units, performance shares, performance units, and/or similar full value awards that accelerate vesting under Section 3(b)(iv) will be settled (x) on a date no later than ten (10) days following the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable, or (y) if later, in the event of a Qualifying Pre-CIC Termination, on a date no later than the Change in Control.

  • Timeliness of Payment All undisputed charges shall be due and payable in accordance with each Party’s invoice instructions on or before the later of (x) fifteen (15) days from receipt of the applicable invoice or (y) the last day of the calendar month in which the applicable invoice was received (or in either event the next Business Day if such day is not a Business Day). Each Party shall make payments by electronic funds transfer, or by other mutually agreeable method(s), to the account designated by the other Party. Any undisputed amounts not paid by the due date shall be deemed delinquent and shall accrue interest at the Late Payment Rate, such interest to be calculated from and including the due date to but excluding the date the delinquent amount is paid in full.

  • Payment Scheduling The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each Xxxxxx will be designated within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered when you are scheduling the payment. Therefore, the Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each Xxxxxx. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Xxxxxx statement unless the Due Date falls on a non-Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period. Depending on the method of payment, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited prior to the Scheduled Payment Date. For example, if the selected method of payment is a draft, the draft arrives earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date due to expedited delivery by the postal service, and the Xxxxxx immediately deposits the draft, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date.

  • PROGRESS PAYMENT ‌ 9.2.1 City shall retain five percent (5%) of the undisputed amount due on each progress payment, or the percentage stated in the Notice Inviting Bids, whichever is greater, as retention to ensure full and complete performance of the Work. Subject to City’s right of withholding under Paragraph 9.4.2 of these General Conditions, City agrees to pay to Contractor within thirty (30) Days of receipt of a properly submitted Application for Payment an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%), or a lesser amount if corresponding to a higher retention percentage, if applicable, of the sum of the following, excepting therefrom any amounts which are disputed by City: (i) Construction Manager’s determination of the value, expressed as a percentage of the Contract Sum, of the Work in permanent place that has been tested and accepted as of the end of the preceding month. (ii) Construction Manager’s determination of the value of materials suitably stored but not yet incorporated into the Work, subject to Paragraph 9.3.6 of these General Conditions. (iii) Less amounts previously paid. 9.2.2 At any Time after fifty percent (50%) of the Work has been determined by Construction Manager to be completed, City may in its sole discretion, make any of the remaining progress payments in accordance with the calculation in Paragraph 9.2.1 of these General Conditions based on one hundred percent (100%) of City’s determination of the value of the Work in place and of stored materials not yet incorporated into the Work. 9.2.3 Progress payments shall not be construed as City's Acceptance of any or all of the Work and shall not be a waiver of any or all rights City has under the Contract Documents.

  • Submittal and Processing of Payments A. Contractor shall submit Applications for Payment in accordance with Article 15 of the General Conditions. Applications for Payment will be processed by Engineer as provided in the General Conditions.

  • Payment Frequency As of the Cutoff Date and as shown on the books of CNHICA: (A) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 59.84% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had annual scheduled payments, (B) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 2.65% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had semi-annual scheduled payments, (C) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 0.73% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had quarterly scheduled payments, (D) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 32.13% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had monthly scheduled payments, and (E) the remainder of the Receivables had irregularly scheduled payments.

  • Payment Plans Employees covered by the Samaritan Choice medical insurance plan who have outstanding balances that are payable to Samaritan Health Services for in network, covered, and authorized (if medically necessary) services will be provided payment plan offerings upon request from the employee. The request will be made to Patient Financial Services, and may be directed through the Hospital Patient Financial Counselor. Patient Financial Services will work with employees to identify the appropriate payment arrangement based on the employee financial needs/eligibility. Within 120 days from first patient statement, employees must contact Patient Financial Services and identify themselves as a SHS SEIU member and ask for a payment plan arrangement that does not exceed six percent (6%) of their household income. Such requests will be granted using the existing SHS payment options and funding programs. To be eligible for a payment plan, employees must comply with all requirements for establishing appropriate payment options/eligibility, including the completion of a financial assistance application with supporting documentation. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.

  • Payment Plan Despite the payment terms in Annexure B, We may, but are not obliged to, enter into a specific payment plan with You if You can demonstrate a financial need. However, any payment plans: (a) will require all Accommodation Fee payments to be made in advance; and (b) must be agreed by Us and You prior to the Commencement Date.
