People Pay. OnLine Banking subscribers may use People Pay, an electronic person-to-person payment service that facilitates transfers between your account and another person or entity. Additionally, you may receive funds from a payment generated by another user of the payment service. In order to utilize People Pay, you must maintain an eligible funding account (“Account”) and enrollment in OnLine Banking. Eligible funding accounts include checking accounts that are linked and accessible via your OnLine Banking service. You can facilitate a transfer (“Payment”) to a person or entity (“Recipient”) utilizing their financial account information, e-mail address or mobile telephone number.
People Pay. You may use the ABBconnect “People Pay” service to send money to other individuals; all you will need is an e-mail address or a mobile phone number to send money. You may also receive money from other People Pay users. ▪ Enrollment/Activation. You must enroll in ABBconnect Online Banking to access ABBconnect People Pay Service. Separate enrollment is required for the People Pay service. Approval and activation of service may take up to two business days. ▪ Eligible Recipients. You may send funds only to individuals and accounts located within the United States, and only in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to determine who and which accounts may receive fund transfers. You may not transfer funds to recipients until they have been set up in your online banking profile. To do this you must log on to our online banking or mobile banking service. You will see when a recipient is eligible for fund transfers in your online banking profile.
People Pay. You (the account holder for all accounts subject to this addendum) are currently a CeB customer of ConnectOne Bank (the “Bank” or “us”). As such, you are party to the Bank’s Consumer eBanking Account and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). You have now also elected to utilize the Bank’s People Pay payment system (“People Pay”). Your use of People Pay will be governed by the Agreement and this Addendum. Person to Person Payments (People Pay) People Pay is an optional person to person payment system which allows you to send and receive money online in a fast and safe manner. This is a onetime payment feature and cannot be used for setting up recurring payments. To be eligible for this service, you must have a checking or NOW account that has been open for at least 30 days and has not had more than 6 overdrafts. You must also have at least one account which is a participant in the Bank’s CeB program, and subject to the Agreement.
People Pay. The People Pay service is a person-to-person payment service that is available for most personal checking, money market and small business accounts in which the owner is a sole proprietor. To use the People Pay service, you must be enrolled in Online Banking with a U.S. address and a unique U.S. mobile phone number, and you must have an active unique email address and a Social Security Number. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the U.S. address, the U.S. mobile phone number, the active unique email address and the Social Security Number provided to us, and you agree to notify us immediately upon any change to such information. The People Pay Service can only be used to access accounts that are active, in good standing, and eligible for ACH transactions. The People Pay service can be accessed via Online Banking or via our Mobile Banking application. To send money through the People Pay service, you must first add the individual to whom you wish to send money as a contact and such individual must have a U.S. address, a U.S. mobile phone number and an active unique email address (each, a “Recipient”). In addition, the Recipient’s account must be located at a financial institution in the United States. You must provide the full name, mobile phone number and email address of each Recipient. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of each Recipient to allow us to contact each such Recipient (including, without limitation, through email and text messages) in connection with the People Pay service, and you agree that we may include your name in text messages and emails sent to each such Recipient. You acknowledge and agree that your request to send a payment through the People Pay service to a Recipient will be completed using only the mobile phone number and email address provided by you, that we will not be responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of such information, and that you will be responsible and liable for any payments sent through the People Pay service due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. You can send money to a Recipient through the People Pay service by sending the payment to the mobile phone number or email address of the Recipient. You will be limited to sending an aggregate of no more than $1,000 in People Pay transactions per calendar day using a mobile phone number or an email address. People Pay. People Pay is a convenient method to make personal payments anytime, anywhere via your computer, smartphone or tablet. All you need is the recipient´s email address or cell phone number; no exchange of personal banking information is required. Payments may be made to a specific account number; if this method is selected we will require the account number and routing number. Once you send the payment, the recipient receives a text message and/or email confirming receipt of the funds You understand that by selecting the People Pay Service through Online Banking and accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize us to post transactions generated by People Pay through your Account to another account at a U.S. financial institution or to PayPal™ for payment to another individual. You understand and agree that we use a variety of banking channels and facilities to make payments, and will generally use an ACH Network for People Pay transactions. All payments to another person made through People Pay or funds you receive through People Pay are subject to all terms and conditions within this Agreement. The daily and monthly limits assigned for payments is determined by us based account activity and other factors. We reserve the right to change at any time the frequency and/or dollar limits assigned for payments.
People Pay. You may make Person-to-Person (P2P) transfers through the Services using DCU’s People Pay to transfer funds from your DCU account to an account of another person using the other person’s email address or mobile phone number. When you instruct us to make a payment through DCU People Pay, you must designate an originating DCU account from which that payment is to be made. The designated originating account must be an account that is accessible through the Services. When you request a P2P transfer, you are authorizing us to follow your instructions and use the recipient’s contact information to send the funds from the designated originating account to the designated recipient account. If the recipient does not accept the transfer, we will credit your designated originating account for the amount of the transfer. You must ensure that the recipient information you provide to DCU (including name, email address, mobile telephone number, payment service account information, and/or bank account information) is accurate and complete. BE SURE TO CHECK FOR TYPOS IN THE RECIPIENT INFORMATION. DCU will process any P2P transfer that you request using the recipient information that you provide and any such P2P transfer will be deemed authorized by you.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION 11.1 The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Contract shall be set in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement. 11.2 The salary of the teacher will be presumed correct as shown in the Uniform Teacher’s Contract unless the teacher or the Employer furnishes evidence of error. 11.3 An explanation as to how contract salary figures are computed will accompany the first paycheck of each school year. 11.4 Basic salaries for teachers shall be paid in twenty-six (26) payments. Basic salaries for teachers shall be paid in twenty-six (26) payments in a given calendar year. Exceptions may be made with the approval of the Cash Flow Committee. A teacher may receive the balance due on his contract with the first scheduled paycheck in July by written notice to the Business Office by May 1. If May 1 occurs on a day that school is not in session, the deadline shall be the next regular school day. A teacher who makes this election shall continue each year to receive the balance due on his contract with the first scheduled paycheck in July unless he notifies the Business Office by May 1 that he prefers to be paid in twenty-six (26) payments. Teachers will be notified by the Cash Flow Committee of the Xxxxxxx Teachers’ Federation prior to June 1 in the event the balance on teachers’ contracts due on the first scheduled paycheck in July cannot be paid. 11.5 New teachers will receive one half (½) of their first pay one payroll in advance and the remaining one half (½) on the next pay date. 11.6 Effective January 1, 2009, teacher pay will be issued via direct deposit only. 11.7 The Superintendent may approve additional compensation for individual teachers who have been authorized by the Superintendent to perform additional work assignments. 11.8 Payroll deductions for teachers shall be made as required by law or as mutually agreed to by the parties. Teachers may authorize deductions for tax-sheltered annuities during open enrollment periods of the carrier companies involved. 11.9 Deductions for daily absences not covered by provisions in the Contract shall be made at the same rate as earned. 11.10 Effective January 1, 1993, the Board shall pay directly to the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund each teacher’s three percent (3%) contribution to the fund. 11.11 The parties recognize that the salaries which appear on Regular Teacher’s Contracts and Teacher’s Temporary Contracts will be inaccurate whenever a salary increase is approved after these contracts have been executed. At the time of a teacher’s retirement, the Employer will review these contracts and, when necessary, revise the contracts for the five (5) years of service before retirement in which the teacher’s annual compensation was highest so they accurately reflect the sums which the teacher earned in each of those five (5) years. 11.12 The parties recognize that students are entitled to be taught by fully qualified teachers, while at the same time recognizing a professional responsibility to assist in the preparation of student teachers. Therefore, supervision by a teacher of a student teacher shall be voluntary. No teacher should serve as a supervising teacher more than one-half (1/2) of the total teaching time each year. This provision was not bargained and has been included for informational purposes only. Should 11.13 If the Employer determines that any committee should continue its work during the summer, teachers belonging to the committee performing such services shall be paid on the same basis and in the same manner as summer school teachers. If the Employer determines that professional development should occur in the summer, specific teachers invited to participate shall be paid on the same basis as summer school teachers.

  • Separation Compensation In exchange for your agreement to the general release and waiver of claims and covenant not to sue set forth below and your other promises herein, the Company agrees to provide you with the following:

A. COORDINATION FEES:
