Performance Bonus Differential. Effective, August 1, 2021 seventy dollars ($70.00) per month: • 40% for safety and performance • 60% for attendance The employment (school year) commences on July 1 and ends June 30 the following calendar year. Employee hired prior to January 1 in the school year will be entitled to the Board approved salary increase on the wage schedule effective July 1 of the following school year. Aides transferring to a Driver position shall maintain same level placement on the Driver salary schedule for wage purposes. During scheduled safety meetings and the in-service meeting days, aides shall be paid at the regular rate for a minimum of one (1) hour. Aides shall be eligible to receive a monthly bonus differential of which 50% 60% is for attendance and 50% 40% for safety and performance. The bonus differential is payable for ten (10) months (11 months if working full ESY for the previous school year) and paid at the end of the fiscal year. Paid time that is requested and approved with at least two (2) days' notice will not impact the Aide's attendance bonus differential. Attendance is defined as reporting as required and clocking in on time. Aides that have no safety violations or write-ups in a defined month, shall be eligible for the safety incentive provided they work at least 50% of their schedule during the month. Monitors will be eligible to receive an additional five hundred dollar ($500) differential payment if they meet the requirements for the Performance Differential for all months throughout the entirety of the school year, which will be paid on the last payroll of the school year. In the case of the regular school year, the portions of August and June shall be considered one (1) month.   • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.
