PERFORMANCE REPORTING AND FINAL PERFORMANCE REPORT. In accordance with the NEP BIL Funding Implementation Memorandum dated July 26, 2022, the recipient shall submit semi-annual progress reports to the EPA Project Officer within 30 calendar days after the end of each six month reporting period. Six month reporting periods run from October 1 to March 31 and from April 1 to September 30 of each year that the project period is open. Progress reports for these six month reporting periods are due by April 30 and October 31, respectively. The semi-annual report due on October 31 each year will also serve as the annual report and should include information from the whole year. The progress reports should include information for each project on: ´ Project/activity name and location (lat./long.); ´ Brief project description; ´ Lead implementer, partners and their roles; ´ Deliverables and completed activities; and ´ BIL funds spent on project implementation. The progress reports should also include a description of: ´ Definition of underserved communities used at the NEP; ´ How BIL workplan tasks support BIL priorities and implement CCMP priorities; ´ If applicable, any external constraints related to any/all workplan elements and how the NEP addressed those constraints; and ´ Important key environmental and programmatic accomplishments, completed workplan activities, and noteworthy lessons learned all presented in sufficient detail to fully describe what was accomplished, along with substantiating data that may be available and appropriate to provide ´ a financial accounting of costs incurred during the six month or twelve month reporting period per budget category. In addition, progress reports should identify any special EPA assistance needed, and an explanation of any cost overruns. The recipient will notify the EPA Project Officer if something materially impairs their ability to complete the tasks and deliver the products, outputs and outcomes identified in the workplan. After the final expenditure of BIL funds (for example if FY26 funds are awarded, then within 90 days of the end of the FY26 award's expenditure), NEPs shall provide a Final Close-Out Report that includes information on: ´ Total BIL funds received; ´ All actions taken with BIL funding, specifically highlighting actions aimed at advancing equity and climate priorities; ´ Outcomes of such activities for achieving specific CCMP goals; ´ How activities funded with BIL funds improved (or are expected to improve) underserved communities' access to infr...

PERFORMANCE REPORTING AND FINAL PERFORMANCE REPORT. Performance Reporting for FY2023: The recipient shall submit to the EPA Project Officer activities conducted October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023, using the SIRG Reporting Template by October 29, 2023. The template and additional guidance on SIRG reporting is posted here: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/radon/state-indoor- radon-grants-resources. I. The recipient shall also submit to the EPA Project Officer a midyear report covering the first half of fiscal year's work (from October 1-March 31) by April 30, 2023. The new template can be used.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Historical Performance Information To the extent agreed upon by the parties, the Sub-Advisor will provide the Trust with historical performance information on similarly managed investment companies or for other accounts to be included in the Prospectus or for any other uses permitted by applicable law.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 7.1 The performance of the Employee in relation to his performance agreement shall be reviewed for the following quarters with the understanding that the reviews in the first and the third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
