Performance SLA Sample Clauses

Performance SLA. General Platform Service Commitment The platform sets a general service availability target at 99.99% availability. Availability is measured in terms of an appropriate unit (instance, region, tenant) for each service operating within a described performance envelope. For example, storage offerings will present both an availability and data durability metric for an individual object or volume, while a high-level service may be measure in terms of availability and response time. The performance SLA for each Platform Service is defined and declared in the individual service release documentation and can be referenced on the HSP Client Portal. Each service also defines the boundaries of responsibilities related to overall performance and reliability: the platform services include configuration options and supporting service elements that allow the user to optimize for performance, reliability and/or cost. The shared responsibility model may be slightly different service to service and where applicable, this is defined in the individual service documentation.
