Period Substitute Trade Time. 20.17.1 On a voluntary basis, when approved by the administration or designee, teaching members may substitute for certain class periods for teachers on their own site in exchange for “trade time.” Teachers who provide period substitute service are voluntarily using their own “prep” time and will not be entitled to have said prep time reimbursed in any way outside of this agreement. Teachers who provide substitute period coverage may earn up to a maximum of two (2) days substitute “trade time” each school year for themselves. The intent is that the assignments are equitably divided among teachers who volunteer to provide period substitute service to the extent practical. 20.17.1.1 When requested by site administration, non-teaching members may elect to period substitute for certain class periods for teachers on their own site. Non-teaching members may not period sub for more than one class each day. Non-teaching members will accrue “trade time” according to the formula in 20.17.1 20.17.1.2 When members would like to use accrued trade time to pay for their absence, they will enter the absence online through the absence management program as “trade time.” 20.17.2 Teaching members may accumulate up to two (2) days “trade time” for their service 20.17.2.1 At Nevada Union and Bear River two (2) days is the equivalent of eight (8) block periods and two (2) flex periods. 20.17.2.2 At Silver Springs two (2) days shall be the equivalent of fourteen (14) class periods. 20.17.2.3 At Xxxxxxxx two (2) days shall be the equivalent of eight (8) block periods. 20.17.2.4 At North Point Academy two (2) days shall be the equivalent of fourteen (14) hours. 20.17.2.5 Records of all period substitute coverage will be managed at the site where the coverage is provided. Site secretaries will maintain the list of those employees who have volunteered to provide period substitute service, the colleague for whom they provide period substitute service, and the number of periods they have actually covered. Additionally, each site secretary will repot those records to the District Office at the end of the school year. 20.17.2.6 Teaching members may not use more than (2) days of “trade time” in any school year.   • Termination for Market Change (a) In the event of delay or interruption under B8.33, exceeding 90 days, and Contract has not been modified to include replacement timber, this contract may be terminated upon election and written notice by Purchaser, if (i) a rate redetermination for market change under B3.33 shows that the appraised weighted average Indicated Advertised Rate of all Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the delay or interruption has been reduced through a market change by an amount equal to or more than the the weighted average Current Contract Rate, or (ii) the appraised value of the remaining timber is insufficient to cover the adjusted base rates as determined under B3.33.

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position either within or outside the certification and is found to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position. If a regular employee is promoted to a position, either within or outside the certification, and finds the position to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the payment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Subscriber will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Sell-Off Period Notwithstanding expiration or termination of this Agreement, Fig may continue to exercise its rights under the Distribution License for a period of sixty (60) days following expiration or termination, whereupon Fig shall exercise reasonable efforts to terminate any Fig Sales, and to cause any Distributor of Fig to terminate any such sales.   • Hire Period 5.1 Where hire of the Hire Goods is to a Customer who is an individual (whether a consumer or otherwise) or relevant recipient of credit as defined under Article 60L of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 e.g. (a). a partnership consisting of two or three persons not all of whom are bodies corporate, or (b) an unincorporated body of persons which does not consist entirely of bodies corporate and is not a partnership(‘Relevant Individual’), the Hire Period shall commence on the date [specified out in writing by the Supplier] (‘Hire Start Date’) and shall end on the earlier of (i) [the date specified in the Commercial Terms Schedule]; or (ii) the last day of the 3 month period commencing on the Hire Start Date (‘Option 1 Hire End Date’). For the avoidance of doubt, as the Hire Period to Relevant Individuals is no longer than 3 months, the hire of any Hire Goods is not covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. 5.2 Where the Customer is not a Relevant Individual, the Hire Period shall commence on the Hire Start Date and shall end on the date specified in the Commercial Terms Schedule (‘Option 2 Hire End Date’). 5.3 On the Option 1 Hire End Date or the Option 2 Hire End Date (as applicable), the Customer shall: (i) physically return the Hire Goods into the Supplier’s possession; or (ii) make the Hire Goods available for physical repossession or collection by the Supplier [in a location specified by the Supplier], as applicable. 5.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the Hire Period shall automatically end on the Option 1 Hire End Date or the Option 2 Hire End Date, as applicable and the Customer shall not be required to pay the Rental in respect of any period in which the Hire Goods are in the Customer’s possession or control outside the Hire Period. 5.5 Notwithstanding clause 5.4, If the Customer fails to comply with its obligations in this clause 5, then it shall be liable for any financial loss which this causes the Supplier [and shall indemnify the Supplier in full and on demand in respect of any costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including legal fees) incurred as a result].
