Permanent Employees. 1. Upon successful completion of the probationary period by the employee, the employee status shall be continuous unless the Superintendent terminates the employee for reasons stated in Article 17 - Discipline of Employees (Progressive Discipline). 2. In the event the Superintendent seeks termination of a continuous employee, the School Board may suspend the employee with or without pay.
