Upon successful completion of the probationary period by the employee, the employee status shall be continuous unless the Superintendent terminates the employee for reasons stated in Article 17 - Discipline of Employees (Progressive Discipline). 2. In the event the Superintendent seeks termination of a continuous employee, the School Board may suspend the employee with or without pay.
