Personal data of the User. 10.1. Under the Agreement, the User shall provide the Copyright Holder with his personal data. The copyright holder has the right to check the information provided by the User. By accepting this Offer, the User expresses its consent to the processing of the User's personal data by the Copyright Holder to the extent necessary for the execution of the Agreement, as well as to record conversations when the User contacts the User Support Service. This consent applies to the following actions with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); usage; transfer; depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction; as well as the Copyright Holder's other uses of the personal data provided to it. This consent shall be valid for the period that is necessary for the execution of the Agreement. 10.3. The User confirms that it is familiar with the provisions of Article 19 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the ban on acquiring rights and obligations under the name of another person, since acting in civil transactions under a false name violates the rights of the other citizen (the one under whose name the violator is acting), and misleads the Copyright Holder regarding the User's personal data. 10.4. The User guarantees that all personal data specified by it are accurate. 10.5. The User has the right to send a request to delete personal data by deleting the account. The deletion of personal data shall made within 15 calendar days after the receipt of a request from the User to delete the account.
