USER’s Rights. Subject to the provisions herein, USER may elect title to any USER Invention and in any resulting patent secured by USER within one year of reporting the subject invention to DOE. The USER shall file a US patent application within a reasonable period of time. Where appropriate, the filing of patent applications by USER is subject to DOE security regulations and requirements.
USER’s Rights. 4.1 Username, Password and Security of the User
(1) If the User chooses to become a registered User of Headframe, it may create an account name and set up a sub-account name, set up and modify the observer name, and set up the number of the mining machine, etc. Any of the User's naming or use hereunder shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and network ethics, and shall not contain any insult, threat, obscenity, defamation, or any other language which may infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any other person. AntPool may modify the relevant information of the registered User if necessary.
(2) In order to protect your Headframe account, please make sure to keep your password secured and confidential. You shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Headframe account. Please do not use the same password in any third-party applications as the one for your Headframe account.
(3) In addition to the name and password of the Headframe account, the User shall also properly keep its secondary authentication tool, mobile phone dynamic password, mobile phone number linked to the account, and all the information and devices related to its Headframe account, such as the authentication code sent to the User by Headframe, etc. In case of the User's loss or disclosure, of any of the above information and/or devices, the User shall promptly inform Headframe and request Headframe to unlink, change or deregister, to minimize the losses which may arise therefrom. Regardless of whether Headframe has been notified or not, any and all losses caused by any of such reasons shall be borne by the User.
4.2 The User shall not use the Services provided by Headframe to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations. The User shall not use the Services to:
(a) support, incite or participate in any terrorist activities;
(b) participate in any money laundering activities;
(c) violate or intrude legitimate interests of others, including but not limited to interfering with other Users’ using of the Services; and
(d) participate in any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
4.3 The User shall not maliciously register any Headframe account by any means, including but not limited to, registration of multiple accounts for profit making, speculation, cash-outs, prize winning, etc. The User shall not embezzle any other User's account.

USER’s Rights. The USER shall have the right to use the LICENSED SOFTWARE on any computer within his/her installation. The USER may:
a. Edit, format or otherwise modify the LICENSED SOFTWARE, provided however that portions of the LICENSED SOFTWARE included in a modified work shall remain subject to our terms and conditions of this Agreement;
b. Copy the LICENSED SOFTWARE only for (i) using the program on the designated systems; and (ii) for archive and emergency restart.
USER’s Rights. 12.1. Without prejudice to other rights and obligations provided for by law, the following are rights of the users of the Irrigation Service:
(i) obtain and use the Irrigation Service, under the Minimum Technical Guidelines and the Occupancy Plan Guidelines and Reference Term;
(ii) receive from XXX and the Concessionaire information for the correct use of the service provided by the Concessionaire and the defense of individual and collective interests;
(iii) inform XXX and the Concessionaire the irregularities of which they became aware, regarding the service provided, and
(iv) communicate to XXX and the Granting Authority of torts committed by the Concessionaire in the provision of the Irrigation Service.
12.2. The Concessionaire undertakes to maintain throughout the Duration of the Sponsored Concession in its organizational structure, an internal department to take care solely of relations with the users of the Irrigation Service.

USER’s Rights. 11.1. Users have the right to: - access information about yourself, free of charge, through the Browser; - make changes and corrections to the information about himself/herself by editing it, provided that such changes and corrections contain up-to-date and accurate information; - delete information about yourself by editing the Data in the Browser, whereby deletion of certain information about yourself by the User from the Browser may result in the inability to provide the User with access to the functionality of the Browser; - demand from the Company to clarify the User Data, block or destroy it if such information is incomplete, outdated, unreliable, unreasonably obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing and if the functionality of the Browser does not allow the User to delete such information independently; - withdraw consent to the processing of User Data; - on the basis of a request, receive information from the Company regarding the Company's processing of User Data; - appeal against actions or inactions of the Company to the authorized bodies, in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the applicable legislation.

D. The user remains responsible and shall act as guarantor for the third party vis-à-vis Glasshouse Images with regard to respecting the terms herein.

Red Rocket shall provide the User with (free of charge) confirmation whether or not it holds Personal Information about the User and with further details regarding the Personal Information so hold (if applicable) in accordance with Red Rocket’s Promotion of Access to Information manual. If the User is concerned that any of the information so held is incorrect, the User must contact Red Rocket immediately. The User is further entitled to request that any such information be deleted or the use thereof restricted.
