Personal Emergency Leave. A. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, employees shall be eligible to receive up to four (4) days of Personal/Emergency leave from July 1 to June 30 of each year, to be compensated at the employee's regular hourly rate of base compensation for each regular work hour off work on approved leave.
