Personal Equipment/Clothing. The Company will purchase personal protective equipment/clothing for all members, which will remain the property of the Company and will be stored in the Emergency Response Team room/wagon. Such equipment may only be purchased on the joint recommendation of the Company Health and Safety representative, Union Co-chairperson and the team captain. Each ERT member will be responsible for his/her own equipment/ clothing.
