Common use of Personal Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Entitlement. (a) Every full-time employee (other than a casual) shall become entitled to not less than 76 hours personal/carer's leave for each completed year of employment with the Employer. Such paid leave will accrue fortnightly.
