Personal Leave Entitlement. 37.1.1 A Full-time Employee is entitled to 75 hours (10 days) of Personal Leave on full pay for each year of continuous Service. Personal leave will accrue on a daily basis during periods of continuous service and paid Personal Leave entitlements will accumulate from year to year.

Personal Leave Entitlement. 37.1.1 A Full-time Employee is 31.2.1 All employees (with the exception of casual employees) will accrue an amount of personal leave for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the Company equal to 1/26 of the number of the ordinary hours worked by the employee during that 4 week period. For example an employee whose ordinary hours of work are 38 hours per week would be entitled to 75 76 hours (10 days) of Personal Leave on full pay personal leave per year. Employees may use up to 10 days of their annual personal leave entitlement for each year the purpose of continuous Service. Personal leave will accrue on a daily basis during periods of continuous service and taking paid Personal Leave entitlements will accumulate from year to yearcarer’s leave.
