Personal Leave on a Public Holiday. See also clause 58 (Public Holidays) If the period during which an Employee takes paid personal leave includes a day or part-day that is a public holiday in the place where the Employee is based for work purposes, the Employee is taken not to be on paid personal leave on that public holiday.
Personal Leave on a Public Holiday. If the period during which an employee takes paid personal/carer's leave includes a day or part-day that is a public holiday, payment at ordinary rates will be made for the day as a public holiday not worked and no Personal/carer’s Leave will be deducted.

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home.
