PERSONNEL ACTIVITIES a. Pest Exclusion Inspections The county agrees to perform pest exclusion inspection activities for the pathways listed below (i-iv) targeting all federal, foreign, and state quarantine pests. The county also agrees to perform inspection activities targeting all state and federal actionable pests including insect species, diseases, or other organisms that may adversely affect agriculture and the economy of the State. This contract is inclusive of pest exclusion inspections of the following pathways:

PERSONNEL ACTIVITIES. SECTION 1 The Company and the Brotherhood agree that no union propaganda or activity of any nature whatsoever shall be allowed by employees or representatives of the Brotherhood will not allow any during their working hours within or outside the Company's premises, except those expressly contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

PERSONNEL ACTIVITIES. With the exception of convenience help, such as secretaries or professional product demonstrators, all desk personnel must be regular employees or representatives of the company, and must be fully capable of explaining the technical aspects of products or processes on display on an appropriate level at the conference. No exhibitor may advertise or promote any outside activity which detracts from the exhibit or convention operations.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Personnel Matters 7.1 Verbal or written complaints regarding an employee made to any member of the Administration by any parent, student or other person which is to be placed in any personnel file or which may be used to evaluate or discipline an employee shall be promptly investigated. The employee shall be given prompt notice of such complaint and shall be given the opportunity to respond to the complaint. Unsubstantiated complaints shall not be placed in an employee’s file.
