Personnel Identification. For the information and protection of students and CSS employees, all LPNs will prominently display the identification badge provided them by CSS in accordance with CSS policy. Badges shall clearly designate licensed practical nurses as “Licensed Practical Nurse” or “LPN.” In the event an identification badge is stolen, lost or misplaced, the badge shall be replaced at a cost to the LPN of no more than ten dollars ($10.00).
Personnel Identification. Concessionaire shall check and confirm the identities of all personnel as part of the employment process and issue a Project identity badge to each. Identity badges shall visually display the Project identity and the personnel member’s photograph and job title. While performing work in the Project ROW, project personnel shall display a clearly visible identification of their name and badge number in a location that can be easily read by another person.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
