[Recipient] shall ensure that all relevant labour laws are observed and shall provide and thereafter maintain all appropriate medical and life insurance for its Personnel in connection with the Agreement. 2. [Recipient] shall ensure that its Personnel meet the highest standards of qualification and technical and professional competence necessary for the achievement of the Activity’s objectives. 3. [Recipient]’s Personnel shall not be considered in any respect as being the employees or agents of UNODC. UNODC does not accept any liability for claims arising out of the activities performed under the present Agreement, or any claims for death, bodily injury, disability, damage to property or other hazards that may be suffered by [Recipient]’s Personnel as a result of their work pertaining to the Activity.

Such testing shall be testing routinely performed by BellSouth. The results and reports of the testing shall be made available to <<customer_short_name>>. 4.5.3.3 BellSouth shall control congestion points and network abnormalities. All traffic will be restricted in a non-discriminatory manner. 4.5.3.4 Tandem Switching shall process originating toll free traffic received from <<customer_short_name>>’s local switch. 4.5.3.5 In support of AIN triggers and features, Tandem Switching shall provide SSP capabilities when these capabilities are not available from the Local Switching Network Element to the extent such Tandem Switch has such capability.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.
