Phase I Tasks. Provider shall perform, at a minimum, the following tasks, at the discretion of the GLO: 1. Initiate, coordinate, and conduct a kickoff meeting with the GLO which will occur no later than thirty (30) days after the Contract execution. At the kickoff meeting, the Provider and GLO shall: a. Determine the goals for the Study and appropriate milestones to be reached; b. Set forth expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and performance; and c. Discuss any other issue(s) and/or appropriate action(s) necessary for the successful development and creation of the Study. 2. Develop a community outreach plan which outlines Provider’s strategies to obtain assistance from local governments and other stakeholders in each County and the Region for the creation of the inventory of existing assets, deficits and current markets and sectors within each County and within the Region. The community outreach plan must be submitted to and approved by the GLO prior to implementation. As part of the community outreach plan, Provider shall, at a minimum: a. Identify individual(s) or team(s) who will conduct targeted outreach in the field; b. Identify the goals for the community outreach program; c. Identify the target audience (including business owners, commercial real estate professionals, community leaders, Xxxxxxxx of Commerce, councils of government, stakeholders, and/or any other parties related to economic development within the County or Region); d. Identify methods to be used for outreach such as meetings, public hearings, print, social media, and/or digital media; e. Prepare drafts of outreach materials to be used (e.g. fliers, press releases, news stories, editorials, social media, etc.); and f. Develop outreach strategy including timelines. 3. Implement the community outreach plan by gathering data from targeted sources and by analyzing the physical, economic, social, and environmental characteristics of each County and the Region. Data collection tasks include, but are not limited to: a. preparing a data collection plan, for approval by the GLO, which will provide the list of data with sources, types, and formats, and will also describe required/optional data; b. contacting appropriate agencies and organizations to collect any remaining needed data; and c. reviewing such data for applicability to the Project. 4. Phase I Tasks. During Phase I, the Parties will cooperate to perform the following tasks (the “Phase I Tasks”): (i) The TID will assist the City in developing a scope for the City Project and a financing plan for the public share of any costs associated with the design, engineering, and/or construction of the City Project (the “Phase II Financing Plan”). (ii) The TID will assist the City in identifying and obtaining any permits necessary for the construction of the City Project. (iii) The TID will cause to be prepared, and assist the City in negotiating, a Development Agreement (the “Development Agreement”) between the City, the Township, the Developer, and any other necessary parties (including without limitation the TID to the extent the Parties mutually desire for the TID to participate in Phase II) (collectively, the “Project Entities”). As of the Effective Date, the Parties anticipate that the Development Agreement will memorialize, among other things, the respective rights and obligations of the Project Entities related to: (a) the obtainment and/or donation of any necessary right-of-way; (b) the planning and approval and permitting processes for the Project; (c) the design and construction of the Project; and (d) the financial commitments of each Project Entity, if any, related to the foregoing. For purposes of clarity, the TID makes no representation or warranty that the Project Entities will be successful in coming to an agreement on the terms of the Development Agreement. The City acknowledges and agrees that the TID’s preparation of the Development Agreement (whether provided directly by the TID or any third party engaged by the TID) does not constitute legal advice or the provision of legal services, and the City will rely solely on the advice of its own legal counsel for all matters related to the Development Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that in executing this Agreement, no Party is committing to execute a Development Agreement. (iv) The TID will assist the City in identifying other tasks that may comprise Phase II.

Related to Phase I Tasks

  • Phase II A small portion of the work for the Phase II modifications to the Plattsburgh Substation will be performed by Transmission Owner, and the remainder will be performed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. A detailed definition of the specific scope for Transmission Owner and Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx including interface points shall be defined during the design phase and, as such documents become available, copies will be delivered to the NYISO, Transmission Owner, Noble Altona Windpark, LLC and Marble River, LLC. The full scope includes the installation of wave traps, CCVT’s and modifications and/or additions to relaying on the MWP-1 and MWP- 2 lines. These lines will be reconfigured at the completion of Phase II to connect to Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Substations on MWP-1 and the Xxxx Substation on MWP-2. Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will design the upgrades and purchase the materials based on the outline specification that was prepared and issued by Transmission Owner. The work to be performed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will include both the materials for the exterior and interior installations and items for Transmission Owner installation inside the control building in existing relay panels and communication racks. In addition, Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will be responsible for the exterior and interior construction work and will provide construction management services in coordination with Transmission Owner. The civil design for the foundations and the electrical design for the cable runs to the control room will be designed by, as approved by Transmission Owner, and installed under the supervision and control of Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. The equipment will be selected and procured in accordance with the specifications developed during the detailed engineering phase, copies of which shall be furnished to the NYISO, Transmission Owner, Noble Altona Windpark, LLC and Marble River, LLC. The construction of the foundations, structures, wave traps, CCTV and cable runs into the control building to the termination cabinets will be completed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. The work at the Plattsburgh Substation will be installed under Transmission Owner’s CPP-1. Transmission Owner will provide Protection and Controls Engineering, install and terminate wiring from the termination cabinets to the control panels and relays, install relays and equipment in the existing panels, and will commission such work inside the 230kV control building. Transmission Owner will develop the communications protocols and data flow over the circuits.

  • Phase 2 Phase 2 is expected to consist of Member Nodes and a select number of Nodes operated by non-Members. The non-Member Nodes will be required to comply with Node hosting terms as set forth by the Council, which may be amended from time to time (the “General Node Terms”).

  • PHASE is a distinct portion of the Work to be provided under this Agreement, as specified in the Statement Of Work.

  • Phase I In Phase I, the project will be connected as a tap to the Transmission Owner’s 230kV transmission line MWP-2 via one 230kV circuit breaker in series with one of two ring bus breakers for stuck breaker protection (one in each direction) and a tie-line breaker, as shown on the one-line diagram labeled CL-E-IA-01 attached to this Appendix A as Figure 1. The changes to the existing MWP-2 line protection for this arrangement are described in Phase I System Upgrades in Section II of this Appendix A.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Tests and Preclinical and Clinical Trials The preclinical studies and clinical trials conducted by or, to the Company’s knowledge, on behalf of the Company, that are described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, as applicable, and are intended to be submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) or other comparable government entities, were and, if still ongoing, are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with experimental protocols, procedures and controls pursuant to accepted professional scientific standards and all Authorizations and Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, current Good Clinical Practices and Good Laboratory Practices and any applicable rules and regulations of the jurisdiction in which such trials and studies are being conducted; the descriptions of the results of such studies and trials contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are, to the Company’s knowledge, accurate and complete in all material respects and fairly present the data derived from such studies and trials; except to the extent disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company is not aware of any studies or trials, the results of which the Company believes reasonably call into question the study or trial results described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus when viewed in the context in which such results are described and the clinical stage of development; and, except to the extent disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, the Company has not received any written notices or written correspondence from the FDA or any governmental entity requiring the termination or suspension of any preclinical studies or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company, other than ordinary course communications with respect to modifications in connection with the design and implementation of such trials, copies of which communications have been made available to you.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before December 31, 2020 Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. 6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.
