Phone Stipend upon approval of the employee’s supervisor and appropriate district director, employees may submit an application for cell phone reimbursement under OTSD policy DLC- AR (2), Phone Stipend Application.
Phone Stipend. Subject to the University’s annual approval, and at the discretion of the Associate Vice President/Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, the University will provide a phone stipend to cover the Employee’s business-related telephone costs. All payments shall be made in accordance with applicable University policy, and are taxable to the Employee in accordance with applicable tax law.
Phone Stipend. A monthly phone stipend of $75/month will be paid to the Administrator, which is not subject to taxes or retirement.
Phone Stipend. This District shall provide a cell phone stipend in accordance with the District Cell Phone Use and Stipends Policy.
Phone Stipend. This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by International Union, United Automobile Aerospace, Agricultural Implement Workers of America, U.A.W., Local No. 867, Austin, MN and Independent School District No. 492 to establish the parameters regarding phone stipends. For the entire 2015-2017 contract the parties agree to the following:
Phone Stipend. You will be eligible for a discretionary phone stipend of $100 per month, equally split between each semi-monthly pay. The Company may amend or discontinue its phone stipend plans at any time upon providing written notice. This may be a taxable benefit to you.
Phone Stipend. Effective October 10, 2015, Licensed technicians will receive a monthly phone stipend of $60 for the use of personal cell phones for business purposes.
Phone Stipend. The Employee shall be reimbursed $40.00 per month.
Phone Stipend. STRIDE Academy agrees to provide Employee with a Phone Allowance of $100.00 per month, in addition to their regular compensation, as reimbursement for the use of their personal mobile phone for business purposes. This allowance is intended to offset the cost of maintaining an active and reliable phone line, as well as the cost of any necessary software or applications required for work-related communication or productivity. The Phone Allowance will be paid out monthly and will be included in the Employee's regular paycheck. If Employee's employment with the Company terminates, for any reason, the Phone Allowance will be prorated for the number of days worked during the final pay period. It is understood and agreed that this Phone Allowance is a reimbursement for actual expenses incurred by Employee, and not a salary or bonus. Furthermore, the Employee agrees to use their mobile phone for school related purposes in a responsible and professional manner, and to comply with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the use of electronic communication devices.
Phone Stipend. Year 1 of the agreement: The District will identify employees that are required to maintain phone communication options with their supervisors. Those employees shall receive a one hundred dollars ($100) a month phone stipend to maintain a smart phone. Year 2 of the agreement: The District will identify employees that are required to maintain phone communication options with their supervisors. Those employees shall receive a one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month phone stipend to maintain a smart phone. Year 3 of the agreement: The District will identify employees that are required to maintain phone communication options with their supervisors. Those employees shall receive a one hundred fifty dollars ($150) a month phone stipend to maintain a smart phone.
