PLACEMENT PERIOD. 49.1. During the Placement Period, we may appoint you to a suitable role in accordance with clause 12 or assist you to try to find another job at the Company or, if that is not possible, assist you to prepare for a career transition.

PLACEMENT PERIOD. The “placement period” is the period of time between the payment of the initial search fee and the day the FAMILY makes a hiring decision, known as the “date of hire.” The AGENCY limits the placement period to 45 days. Within the placement period, the AGENCY will conduct its search, provide candidates to the family, coordinate all necessary interviews, and allow time for any trial periods. If the FAMILY has not hired a nanny within the placement period, the AGENCY will discontinue the search and a refund of the search fee may be given at the discretion of the AGENCY. If at any point during the placement period the AGENCY feels it will not be successful in finding the right candidate for the family, the AGENCY will immediately inform the family and a refund of the FAMILY’s search fee will be issued.
