Plant & Equipment. Ensure compliance with the following:
a) The Sub-contractor is to provide at the Sub-contractor’s sole cost all plant and equipment necessary to undertake the Sub-contract works.
b) All sub-contractor’s plant/equipment (whether owned or hired) is to be thoroughly inspected by the Sub- contractor before being put to work on site and relevant certification provided to the Contractor.
c) All electrically operated portable tools will be restricted to a maximum of 110volts, unless written approval is obtained from the Contractor. 110volt portable equipment (including leads) shall be tested every 3 months and evidence of testing made available on site.
d) Sub-contractors shall take full note of their responsibility under the PUWER Regulations in respect of all plant and equipment brought on to site for their use.
e) Scaffolding shall only be erected, altered or dismantled by competent CISRS scaffolders. All scaffolding shall be provided with a formal handover certificate. All sheeted scaffolds, scaffolds above 50metres, suspended scaffolds and load bearing scaffolds shall be designed and checked as Temporary Works. Sheeting includes debris netting.
f) Proprietary access systems shall only be erected altered or dismantled by competent, trained personnel.
Plant & Equipment. 1) The Contractor,shall at his own expense supply all tools,plants & equipment (here in after referred to as T & P) required for the execution of the contract other than those listed in tender documents/contract agreement which subject to their availability may be hired from PSTCL to the contractor or issued free for use in the execution of the work,as specified in the tender documents.

ii. The details of Plant, equipment & machinery available with the tenderer in working order for deployment on the work shall be submitted alongwith relevant information on the capability, financial resources and experience about himself.
Plant & Equipment. 8.5.1. The Contractor must only operate plant that they are specifically trained on and have express permission to do so and that they have a current licence where applicable. The Contractor may only erect temporary scaffolding if specifically trained to do so.
8.5.2. The Contractor may only operate rigging equipment (including motor control systems) if specifically trained to do so.
Plant & Equipment. 7.1 Unless this Agreement provides otherwise, the Supplier agrees to supply, at its own expense, all labour, plant, equipment, tools, appliances or other property and items it requires to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement.
7.2 Any plant, equipment, tools, appliances or other property and items that WPH provides to the Supplier to enable it to complete this Agreement remains WPH’s property and must only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement.
7.3 The Supplier must keep WPH’s property in good order and condition, subject, in certain specified cases, to fair wear and tear.
7.4 The Supplier is responsible and must compensate WPH for any loss or damage to or waste of the Site or property by the Supplier Personnel.
Plant & Equipment. All equipment and machinery provided to be maintained, serviced and kept in good repair at all times (e.g. mower blades and level deck).
Plant & Equipment. In addition to data elements shown in H.1. above, records for U.S. Government Owned Plant Equipment shall include the following data elements for plant equipment having a unit cost of $5,000 or more.
a. Federal Supply Code for the manufacturer.
b. Federal Supply Classification
c. The original manufacturer’s model or part number.
d. Serial Number and year built (when available).
e. Government identification/tag number.
f. Acquisition and disposition document references and dates.
Plant & Equipment. The suitability and capacity of all plant and equipment used for erection shall be to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
Plant & Equipment. 8.1 The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of the Company are in a good and safe state of repair and condition have been regularly and properly maintained and are in satisfactory working order
1. All software and hardware used by the Company is covered by a maintenance agreement which is fully enforceable and full disclosure of the terms of such maintenance agreements has been made in the Disclosure Letter
