Planting Plan. The ADOPTERS must submit a planting plan to the Village Administrator to confirm suitability and appropriateness of landscaping as well as any possible issues of traffic or pedestrian safety. The plan must include the dimensions of the area, a list of plant species to be included, and a sketch or diagram of the design. Native plants are preferred.
Planting PlanThis plan shall contain a full description of the ------------- plants to be used in the landscaping of the Parcel, including common name, botanical name, type, size or caliper, whether root balls or container, and the type of sod or seed. The plan shall also specify the type of mulch to be used and the planting details of the plants, including depth and soil mix. The following requirements shall apply to any such plan: (1) All peripheral road frontages (state roads and roads within Riverstone) shall be planted with Pin Oak (quercus palustris) of 7-inch caliper (measured one foot above the root ball) with a minimum height of 25 feet, a maximum height of 30 feet, a minimum spread of 12 feet on 60-foot centers, and a straight trunk and center leader. All Willow Oaks to be used in Riverstone shall be purchased from a single source to be designated by Declarant. (2) All road rights-of-way adjacent to any Parcel and a strip with a minimum width of 10 feet (as measured from the right-of-way line to the interior curb of the Parcel) shall be sodded with Kentucky 31 Fescue Sod, and the Owner shall irrigate and maintain that sod. In those areas, the Owner must use a 3- foot berm or hedge planting to screen all parking areas. (3) Annuals shall be planted on either side of each driveway from a peripheral road. (4) All internal drive frontages shall be planted with Red Maple (Autumn Flame), having a minimum caliper of 3 inches, a minimum height of 14 feet on 50-foot centers, and a straight trunk and central leader. (5) Each building to be located on a Parcel shall have a landscaped area on each side of the building (including the front and back of the building) with a width of at least 5 feet and a length of at least 50% of the building side. (6) Each parking area to be located on a Parcel shall contain islands planted with evergreen ground cover or sod and a sufficient number of shade trees (Red Maple -Autumn Flame) to maintain a ratio of one tree for every 20 parking spaces. At the time of planting, each tree shall have a minimum caliper of 3 inches and a minimum height of 14 feet and a straight trunk and central leader. (7) All storage or service areas that are visible from peripheral or interior roads or from Shopping Center parking lots shall be completely screened from view by an evergreen hedge at least 6 feet in height at the time of planting. Planting PlanConsultant shall provide review and drafting services in developing the planting plan including the following:  Comments as requested on a plant list provided by District.  Base drawings in PDF format for District’s use to develop a planting plan.  Drafting District hand-marked planting plan for permit documents and design submittals. Attendance by two Consultant team members at two, two-hour meetings to discuss the planting plan.
Planting Plan. Within the designated orchards, CT-TACF is to be allowed to follow a reasonable plan for growing and selecting young trees in accordance with the CT-TACF Technical Master Plan and TACF cultivation guidelines as published and updated on the Chapter Web-Site.
Planting Plan. The planting plan for the mitigation area incorporates a combination of container plants, cuttings, seed, and native volunteer invasion to create the basic structure of the desired habitat.   • Meal Plan 18. Residents are required to purchase a meal plan for both semesters. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/xxxx for details on meal plan rates. Residents may contract for a meal plan of a higher value than stipulated in the fee schedule. 19. The meal plan may only be used to purchase food and beverages at Food Service outlets designated by the University. The meal plan account is HST exempt on most purchases made at Food Service outlets on campus, except on taxable items at the Bru in Alumni Hall or with our Off Campus Partners. This is a current meal plan tax policy and is subject to change in accordance with provincial or federal legislation. 25. Meal plan fees or hours of operation are subject to change as deemed necessary or when due to circumstances beyond Food Services' control. The University reserves the right to increase or otherwise change the prices of items available for purchase in its Food Service outlets. Residents will be given reasonable notice of changes to the plan and such changes will be made fairly and in due consultation with student representatives.

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • Operating Budget Attached hereto as Exhibit C is the annual operating budget for the Company for the remainder of the 2007 Fiscal Year. On October 31 of each Fiscal Year of the Company commencing on October 31, 2007, the Operating Member shall submit a new annual operating budget for the Company for the ensuing Fiscal Year for the review and approval of the Management Committee (the initial and each new annual operating budget, as approved, being the “Operating Budget”). Each Operating Budget shall set forth on a detailed itemized basis: (i) all receipts projected for the period of such Operating Budget and all expenses, by category, for the Company (including, without limitation, all repairs and capital expenditures projected to be incurred during such period), (ii) the anticipated operating reserves and working capital projected to be required for such period, (iii) a schedule setting forth the timing and amount of any Additional Contributions projected to be required by the Members for such Fiscal Year (or other period); and (iv) a five (5)-year projection setting forth the estimated revenues, expenses and net operating income (or loss) expected to be incurred for the next five (5) years for the Company which shall be updated to compare the actual results to the projected results set forth in the prior Operating Budget. The Operating Budget shall also include a detailed description of such other information, contracts, agreements and other matters reasonably necessary to inform the Management Committee of all matters relevant to the ownership, operation, management, maintenance, leasing and sale of the Project (or any portion thereof) or as may be reasonably requested by any representative of the Management Committee. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Operating Member shall only have the authority to incur the costs and expenditures set forth in an approved Operating Budget (subject to the ability to apply line item cost savings, contingency line item amounts, budget variances, etc., if any, contained in such Operating Budget, as and if so permitted by the parameters of such Operating Budget), without any further approval of the Management Committee (or the Members). Except as otherwise provided within any Operating Budget, the Operating Budget may not be increased without the prior approval of the Management Committee.
