Planting Plan. This plan shall contain a full description of the ------------- plants to be used in the landscaping of the Parcel, including common name, botanical name, type, size or caliper, whether root balls or container, and the type of sod or seed. The plan shall also specify the type of mulch to be used and the planting details of the plants, including depth and soil mix. The following requirements shall apply to any such plan: (1) All peripheral road frontages (state roads and roads within Riverstone) shall be planted with Pin Oak (quercus palustris) of 7-inch caliper (measured one foot above the root ball) with a minimum height of 25 feet, a maximum height of 30 feet, a minimum spread of 12 feet on 60-foot centers, and a straight trunk and center leader. All Willow Oaks to be used in Riverstone shall be purchased from a single source to be designated by Declarant. (2) All road rights-of-way adjacent to any Parcel and a strip with a minimum width of 10 feet (as measured from the right-of-way line to the interior curb of the Parcel) shall be sodded with Kentucky 31 Fescue Sod, and the Owner shall irrigate and maintain that sod. In those areas, the Owner must use a 3- foot berm or hedge planting to screen all parking areas. (3) Annuals shall be planted on either side of each driveway from a peripheral road. (4) All internal drive frontages shall be planted with Red Maple (Autumn Flame), having a minimum caliper of 3 inches, a minimum height of 14 feet on 50-foot centers, and a straight trunk and central leader. (5) Each building to be located on a Parcel shall have a landscaped area on each side of the building (including the front and back of the building) with a width of at least 5 feet and a length of at least 50% of the building side. (6) Each parking area to be located on a Parcel shall contain islands planted with evergreen ground cover or sod and a sufficient number of shade trees (Red Maple -Autumn Flame) to maintain a ratio of one tree for every 20 parking spaces. At the time of planting, each tree shall have a minimum caliper of 3 inches and a minimum height of 14 feet and a straight trunk and central leader. (7) All storage or service areas that are visible from peripheral or interior roads or from Shopping Center parking lots shall be completely screened from view by an evergreen hedge at least 6 feet in height at the time of planting. Planting Plan. The ADOPTERS must submit a planting plan to the Village Administrator to confirm suitability and appropriateness of landscaping as well as any possible issues of traffic or pedestrian safety. The plan must include the dimensions of the area, a list of plant species to be included, and a sketch or diagram of the design. Native plants are preferred.

Planting Plan. The planting plan for the mitigation area incorporates a combination of container plants, cuttings, seed, and native volunteer invasion to create the basic structure of the desired habitat.   • Operating Plan To Agent and Lenders, as soon as available, but not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, an annual combined operating plan (the "Operating Plan") for Parent and its Subsidiaries, approved by the Board of Directors of Parent, for the following Fiscal Year, which (i) includes a statement of all of the material assumptions on which such plan is based, (ii) includes projected monthly income statement, balance sheets and source and use of funds for the following year and (iii) Borrowing Availability projections, all prepared on the same basis and in similar detail as that on which operating results are reported (and in the case of cash flow projections, representing management's good faith estimates of future financial performance based on historical performance), and including plans for personnel, Capital Expenditures and facilities.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Meal Plan 18. Residents are required to purchase a meal plan for both semesters. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/xxxx for details on meal plan rates. Residents may contract for a meal plan of a higher value than stipulated in the fee schedule. 19. The meal plan may only be used to purchase food and beverages at Food Service outlets designated by the University. Meal plans cannot be used to purchase alcohol or gift certificates from any of our Off Campus Partners or to pay any other fees owed to the University of Windsor. 20. Selling of unused meal plan money is not permitted. 21. Residents may add money to their meal plan at the Food Services office, J01 in Vanier Hall or the UwinCard Office in the CAW Student Centre (lower level). 24. The meal plan account is HST exempt on most purchases made at Food Service outlets on campus, except on taxable items at the Bru in Alumni Hall or with our Off Campus Partners. This is a current meal plan tax policy and is subject to change in accordance with provincial or federal legislation. 25. Meal plan fees or hours of operation are subject to change as deemed necessary or when due to circumstances beyond Food Services' control. The University reserves the right to increase or otherwise change the prices of items available for purchase in its Food Service outlets. Residents will be given reasonable notice of changes to the plan and such changes will be made fairly and in due consultation with student representatives.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix .

  • Operating Budget (a) No less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Substantial Completion of each train of the Project, and no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the beginning of each calendar year thereafter, the Borrower shall prepare a proposed operating plan and a budget setting forth in reasonable detail the projected requirements for Operation and Maintenance Expenses for the Borrower and the Project for the ensuing calendar year (or, in the case of the initial Operating Budget, the remaining portion thereof) and provide the Independent Engineer, the Common Security Trustee, and the Senior Facility Agent with a copy of such operating plan and budget (the “Operating Budget”). Each Operating Budget shall be prepared in accordance with a form approved by the Independent Engineer, shall set forth all material assumptions used in the preparation of such Operating Budget, and shall become effective upon approval of the Senior Facility Agent, acting reasonably and in consultation with the Independent Engineer; provided, that if the Senior Facility Agent shall not have approved or disapproved the Operating Budget within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof, such Operating Budget shall be deemed to have been approved; and provided, further that the Senior Facility Agent shall have neither the right nor the obligation to approve costs for Gas purchase contracts for the Project contained in the Operating Budget. If the Borrower does not have an effective annual Operating Budget before the beginning of any calendar year, until such proposed Operating Budget is approved, the Operating Budget most recently in effect shall continue to apply; provided, that (A) any items of the proposed Operating Budget that have been approved shall be given effect in substitution of the corresponding items in the Operating Budget most recently in effect, (B) costs for Gas purchase contracts for the Project shall be as provided by the Borrower and (C) all other items shall be increased by the lesser of (x) two and one-half percent (2.5%) and (y) the increase proposed by the Borrower for such item in such proposed Operating Budget. (b) Each Operating Budget delivered pursuant to this Section 1.12 shall contain Operating Budget Categories, and shall specify for each Fiscal Quarter and for each such Operating Budget Category the amount budgeted for such category for such Fiscal Quarter.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.
