Police Substation. The Applicant shall dedicate to the City a parcel of approximately one-half (1/2) acre (the “Substation Site”) and provide funding to the City for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot police substation (the “Substation”). The Applicant will work with the City on the location of the Substation Site.

Police Substation i. Applicant will work with the City on a police substation, as detailed in Section 5.A hereof.
Police Substation i. The Applicant will provide a police substation office in the amenity center for the Development; which substation will be a minimum of 150 square feet. Parking for the substation will be provided in the amenity center parking lot. The Applicant will also work with the City on a police substation, as detailed in Section 5.A hereof.
Police Substation. Tenant is aware that a portion of the Shopping Center is to be used as a police substation. Tenant understands that such use may not provide as much commercial traffic to the Shopping Center as a retail or other commercial use. Providing that such use does not violate other terms of this Lease, Tenant hereby consents to such use in the Shopping Center. Police Substation. The Applicant shall dedicate to the City a parcel of approximately one-half (1/2) acre (the “Substation Site”) and provide funding to the City for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot police substation (the “Substation”) prior to the approval of a certificate of occupancy for the 200th residential unit within the Property. The Applicant will work with the City on the location of the Substation Site. Prior to the City’s approval of a certificate of occupancy for the 231st residential unit within the Property, the City reserves the option to elect to accept a cash contribution from the Applicant not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($500,000.00) for the City to use for law enforcement capital expenses.
Police Substation. The Developer shall construct or renovate the existing police substation located in the Garage, at its cost and for the City’s permanent use at no cost to the City (other than insurance for any improvements made by the City or property owned by the City located therein, payroll and personnel expenses and other operating expenses), a facility to be used exclusively by the City for police services necessary to service the Project and the immediate surrounding area, such facility to have a floor area of not more than 1000 square feet (the “Police Substation”), which Police Substation shall be in the location and of a design included in the PDP approved for the Project. The Police Substation shall also have reserved parking available to it. The Police Substation as constructed by the Developer will be constructed to provide a heated and air- conditioned space, with lighting (including both general lighting and emergency and exit lighting), power outlets, communications outlets wired to a central board (or as otherwise required by the City), bathroom fixtures, and entry doors pursuant to applicable building code requirements. In addition, the Police Substation shall include, and the Developer, at no cost to the City, shall install, overhead doors, fire protection systems and exhaust, as well as painted interiors, vinyl tile flooring and finished ceilings. Enclosed and secure interior parking space reserved for emergency vehicles, an officer workroom and adequate storage space shall also comprise a portion of the Police Substation. Except as expressly set forth herein, Developers shall not be required to provide or install any fixtures or equipment required for the operation of the Police Substation.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
