Policing. The Lead Force shall procure that senior policing decision makers, including National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners (APCC), will be able to draw on intelligence reports that they can have confidence in, supporting them in determining strategic priorities for improvement. The Lead Force shall procure that the MSPTU will work closely with other NPCC Portfolios to reduce siloed activity between, in particular, CSE, OIC, County Lines and Modern Slavery. The Lead Force shall procure that force and ROCU Strategic leads will be able to draw on published MSPTU outputs through the online platforms, and commission activity through the Regional Transformation Teams. The Lead Force shall procure that forces and ROCUs will benefit from a greater understanding of the intelligence picture and be provided with regular management information in relation to Modern Slavery, and will be able to use other forces/agencies experience to inform their approaches and investigative techniques. The Lead Force shall procure that Regional Transformation Teams will benefit from MSPTU support in order to help overcome challenges encountered in their region and the development of their regional action plan. The Lead Force shall procure that investigators and analysts will be able to draw on published MSPTU outputs through the online platforms, and seek guidance for their proactive and operational activity from the unit.
Policing. Senior policing decision makers, including National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners (APCC), will be able to draw on the NATMSN Coordinator in supporting them in determining strategic priorities for improvement. West Yorkshire OPCC shall procure that Police & Crime Commissioners will be able to draw on the support and expertise of the NATMSN Coordinator and able to commission coordination and support activity through the network. Forces and partnerships benefit from greater understanding of good practice in relation to Modern Slavery, and will be able to use other PCCs/agencies experience to inform their approaches and investigative techniques. West Yorkshire OPCC shall procure that the NATMSN coordinator will benefit from drawing on the MSPTU Team, in order to help overcome challenges encountered in their work at local, regional and national levels.

Each ROCU Host Force shall procure that the Force and ROCU Strategic leads will be able to draw on the support and expertise of the Regional Transformation Teams and able to commission coordination and support activity through the MSPTU. Forces and ROCUs will benefit from greater understanding of good practice in relation to Modern Slavery, and will be able to use other Forces/agencies experience to inform their approaches and investigative techniques. Each ROCU Host Force shall procure that the Regional Transformation Teams will benefit from drawing on the MSPTU Team, in order to help overcome challenges encountered in their region and the development of their regional action plan.
Policing a. An agreed number of Israeli police shall constitute the Israeli Old City police detachment and shall exercise responsibility for maintaining order and day-to-day policing functions in the area under Israeli sovereignty.
b. An agreed number of Palestinian police shall constitute the Palestinian Old City police detachment and shall exercise responsibility for maintaining order and day-to-day policing functions in the area under Palestinian sovereignty.
c. All members of the respective Israeli and Palestinian Old City police detachments shall undergo special training, including joint training exercises, to be administered by the PU.
d. A special Joint Situation Room, under the direction of the PU and incorporating members of the Israeli and Palestinian Old City police detachments, shall facilitate liaison on all relevant matters of policing and security in the Old City.
Policing. A. LICENSEE shall promptly notify LICENSOR in writing in the event it becomes aware of any third party infringing, misusing, diluting, derogating, or otherwise violating LICENSOR’s rights in the MARKS.
Policing. 1. The IVG shall establish an Old City Policing Unit (PU) to liaise with, coordinate between, and assist the Palestinian and Israeli police forces in the Old City, to defuse localized tensions and help resolve disputes, and to perform policing duties in locations specified in and according to operational procedures detailed in Annex X.
2. The PU shall periodically report to the IVG.
Policing. At the request of any party, the Agreement shall engage the services of an independent neutral body to fully police the obligations of the Agreement and the parties. The neutral body may provide consulting services for the Agreement whereby it reviews the members' systems for monitoring, billing and collecting free time and detention and provides suggestions and recommendations with respect to those systems. In connection with such consulting, the members shall cooperate with the neutral body by providing information and records with respect to their systems.
Policing. At least once each night between 5:00 and 5:30 PM, the contractor’s personnel will police the entire exterior perimeter of the Building, picking-up cigarette butts, papers, leaves and any other debris, sweeping up standing water and leaving the area in a neat, orderly condition. Any discrepancies or clean-up required beyond normal policing will be reported to the supervisor immediately.
Policing. 5.1 TELUS shall take all steps that in its opinion and sole discretion are necessary or desirable to protect the Trademarks against any infringement or dilution, including initiating or defending any action or application before a court or tribunal, including any opposition or cancellation proceeding. Licensee agrees to cooperate fully with TELUS in the defence and protection of the Trademarks as requested by TELUS.
5.2 Licensee shall report to TELUS any infringement or imitation of, or challenge to, the Trademarks, immediately upon becoming aware of same and TELUS shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether or not any action shall be taken on account of such infringements, imitations or challenges and its determination shall be final. Licensee shall not be entitled to bring, or call upon, or compel TELUS to bring any action or other legal proceedings on account of such infringements, imitations or challenges, without the written agreement of TELUS. TELUS shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred by Licensee because of the failure or inability of TELUS to take or consent to the taking of any action or account of any such infringements, imitations or challenges because of the failure of any such action or proceeding. In the event that TELUS shall commence any action or legal proceeding on account of such infringements, imitations or challenges, Licensee agrees to provide all reasonable assistance requested by TELUS in preparing for and prosecuting the same.
5.3 TELUS and Licensee shall divide any costs or expenses in connection with claims or potential claims arising out of any proceeding, challenge or action in the enforcement, defence or protection of one or more Trademarks (“Affected Trademarks”) in one or more countries based on whether the Affected Trademarks are maintained for the beneficial interest of Licensee or relate to goods and services that are part of Licensee’s Core Business, as follows:
(a) If the Affected Trademarks include only trademarks that were filed on behalf of Licensee or include only goods and services related to Licensee’s Core Business, then Licensee is solely responsible for the costs and expenses.
(b) If the Affected Trademarks do not include any trademarks that were filed on behalf of Licensee and do not include goods and services related to Licensee’s Core Business, then TELUS is solely responsible for the costs and expenses.

OEM shall aid Liquid Audio in policing the use of the -------- Licensed Trademarks and shall otherwise provide Liquid Audio with all reasonable cooperation in protecting the Licensed Trademarks. OEM shall immediately notify Liquid Audio of any apparent infringement of any of the Licensed Trademarks that comes to OEMs attention.
