Should you instruct us to proceed with (any of) our recommendation(s) we will act for you in the following ways: • Handle all fund and policy administration on your behalf; • Provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress; • Ensure all your documents are issued in line with your expectations; • Provide confirmation of all actions taken on your behalf in writing. Our charge for this service is based on a fee for each contract being arranged plus a percentage of the amount you invest and/or transfer. Where multiple plans are arranged either individually or as part of a household, we will discuss and agree any reduction in the charges below where applicable. These charges are applied as follows: • Personal Pension Plan for Accumulation Purposes £500 • Self Invested Personal Pension Plan for more Complex Investments £750 • Personal Pension Plan or SIPP for Flexi Access Drawdown £750 • Analysis of existing personal pensions with a view to consolidation £250 per plan • Arrangement of an Annuity or similar retirement product £500 • Setting up a new ISA / General Investment £500 • Review of existing ISA/GI plans £250 per plan • Structured Deposits £500 • Investments offering Business Relief £750 • Investments written in trust £750 • All other investments to be discussed and agreed at the time of initial meeting • In addition there will be a charge of 1.0% of the lump sum being invested or transferred added to the charge • For new funds being added to existing contracts, the charge will just be 1% of the new funds added This payment can either be facilitated by the product provider when they receive your funds or paid directly by you. Where we receive such a payment we will waive our ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee by the same amount. Example 1; if we arrange an investment on your behalf for £10,000 into a single ISA, our Policy Arrangement & Implementation fee would be £400 (£300 plan charge + 1% of £10,000) Example 2; if we arrange investments on your behalf totalling £100,000 split between a personal pension and ISA, our Policy Arrangement & Implementation fee would be £1,600 (2 x £300 policy implementation + 1.0% of £100,000) In all cases, we reserve the right to charge additional fees where exceptional amounts or circumstances are involved. If this is the case, we will advise you at the initial meeting stage if we feel this may apply and gain your agreement to proceed.

Where we receive such a payment we will waive our ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee by the same amount. Example 1; if we arrange an investment on your behalf for £10,000 our implementation fee would be £300. As this less than the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee of £500 we would charge you an additional £200 as the balance. Example 2; if we arrange investments on your behalf totalling £150,000 our implementation fee would be £3000. As this exceeds the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee no other charges would be applied.

The completion of all paperwork on your behalf and dealing with all necessary administration in connection with our initial advice • Provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress this communication can be in the form of your choice either electronic, telephone or post. Provision of your own personal finance portal to enable the secure sharing of all messages and correspondence • Ensure all your documents are issued in line with your expectations; • Provide confirmation of all actions taken on your behalf in writing. These charges are applied as follows but are subject to a minimum of £750 • Up to £100,000 – 3% e.g. up to £3,000 • £100,000 to £500,000 –2% e.g. up to £10,000 • £500,000 to £1,000,000 – 1.5% e.g. up to £15,000 • £1,000,000 and above – 1% e.g. up to £20,000 for a £2,000,000 investment All the above are the maximum amount we would charge. In practice, the amount is likely to be considerably lower than the maximum quoted and will be confirmed with you in writing before any work is undertaken or any charges are incurred. In any event our first meeting is free of charge together with the follow up initial thoughts letter or email. This payment can either be taken from your investment upon receipt by the policy provider or paid directly by you. Where we receive such a payment we will waive our ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee by the same amount. Example 1; if we arrange an investment on your behalf for £20,000 our implementation fee would be £600. As this is less than the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee of £750 we would charge you £150 as the balance. Example 2; if we arrange investments on your behalf totalling £100,000 our implementation fee would be £2,000. As this exceeds the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee no other charges would be applied.

Example 2: If you are investing £500,000.00 then the setup fee would be £6,250.00 as this is 1.5% of your first £250,000.00 and 1% of the remaining £250,000.00. This payment can either be taken from your investment upon receipt by the policy provider or paid directly by you.

E.g. If you invested £50,000 you would be charged £1,500. This payment can either be taken from your investment upon receipt by the policy provider or paid directly by you. Where we receive such a payment we will waive our ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee by the same amount. Example 1; if we arrange an investment on your behalf for £10,000 our implementation fee would be £300. As this is less than the ‘financial review and recommendation’ total fee of £1,000 we would charge you £700 as the balance. Example 2; if we arrange investments on your behalf totalling £500,000 our implementation fee would be £15,000. As this exceeds the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee no other charges would be applied.
Policy Arrangement & Implementation – Lump Sum Investments or Transfers. Our charge for this service is £150 per hour based on the amount of time it takes. We will provide you with an estimate of how many hours we expect this to take and we will not exceed this without checking with you first. There is however a minimum timescale of 6 hours 40minutes for this service, which equals a minimum fee of £1000. For example, we anticipate that a pension switch would take a minimum of 18 hours, giving a total fee of £2,700. We will issue an Invoice within 7 days of your investment plan going live, which can either be paid directly by you or deducted from your investment. We must receive full payment of the invoice amount within 30 days of issue unless you have elected for our fee to be deducted from your investment.

For example, for an initial investment of £50,000 you would be charged £2,500. • Amounts above £150,000 – 3%. For example, for an initial investment of £250,000 you would be charged £10,500 (£150,000 x 5% + £100,000 x 3%). This payment can either be taken from your investment upon receipt by the policy provider or paid directly by you. Where we receive such a payment we will waive our ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee by the same amount. Example 1; if we arrange an investment on your behalf for £10,000 our implementation fee would be £500. As this is less than the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee of £600 we would charge you the balance of £100, as detailed under Our Investment Services and Costs. Total fee £600. Example 2; if we arrange investments on your behalf totalling £200,000 our implementation fee would be £9,000. As this exceeds the ‘financial review and recommendation’ fee no other charges would be applied.
