Posting of Seniority. 1. The Board of Education shall prepare, maintain, and post the seniority list. An updated seniority list shall be prepared and posted conspicuously in all buildings of the district annually by February 1. 2. A copy of the seniority list and subsequent revisions shall be furnished to the Association liaison. Any GESPA employee disagreeing with his/her seniority placement shall respond, in writing, to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources within thirty (30) workdays after the effective date of the posting.

Posting of Seniority. Within one month following the commencement of the academic year, the District shall post a seniority list and furnish a copy to the Union President.
Posting of Seniority. The Employer shall post a seniority list concurrent with the posting of the semi-annual bid, pursuant to the terms of Article 5, Section 4(d). When new employees are put to work at the end of the probationary period, the Company will add the new employee’s name to the posted seniority list and advise the Union thereof in writing imme- diately. Any objection to either Company and/or Garage seniority on the part of the employee or the Union must be filed in writing with the Company within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the employee’s name is added to the posted seniority list. After such thirty (30) day period the posted Company and Garage seniority date for such employee shall be considered as correct and final.
