Pregnancy Leave and/or Parental Leave. 36.02 (a) The Employer shall continue the existing arrangements for insured Benefit plans based on the existing cost sharing arrangements unless modified by mutual agreement of the parties, with the following exception: Drug Co-Pay $3.00 Eligibility for participation in benefit plans shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of those plans.
