The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.
Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service. Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.
General Application The rules set forth below in this Article VI shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss and expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 6.03 hereof shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 6.02 hereof.
Provisional Application Upon signature of this Compact, and until this Compact has entered into force in accordance with Section 7.3, the Parties will provisionally apply the terms of this Compact; provided that, no MCC Funding, other than Compact Implementation Funding, will be made available or disbursed before this Compact enters into force.
Application of Insurance Proceeds Grantor shall promptly notify Lender of any loss or damage to the Collateral. Lender may make proof of loss if Grantor fails to do so within fifteen (15) days of the casualty. All proceeds of any insurance on the Collateral, including accrued proceeds thereon, shall be held by Lender as part of the Collateral. If Lender consents to repair or replacement of the damaged or destroyed Collateral, Lender shall, upon satisfactory proof of expenditure, pay or reimburse Grantor from the proceeds for the reasonable cost of repair or restoration. If Lender does not consent to repair or replacement of the Collateral, Lender shall retain a sufficient amount of the proceeds to pay all of the Indebtedness, and shall pay the balance to Grantor. Any proceeds which have not been disbursed within six (6) months after their receipt and which Grantor has not committed to the repair or restoration of the Collateral shall be used to prepay the Indebtedness.

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing. 1. At a minimum, an application for program assistance should contain the following items for each household member: a. The number of people residing in the household including name, age, relationship to head of household, current address and home phone number; b. Name and address of employer(s), work phone number(s), and position title with employer; c. Sources of income and a statement signed by all of the adults who reside in the household consenting to the disclosure of information for the purpose of verifying income for determining eligibility for program assistance; d. A signed statement indicating that the applicant understands that all information provided is subject to Florida’s public records laws; and e. A statement that it is a first-degree misdemeanor to falsify information for the purpose of obtaining assistance.
Scope of Application Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the dispute settlement provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to the settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whenever a Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
Completed Application Your rental application for Residents and Occupants will not be considered “complete” and will not be processed until we receive the following documentation and fees: a. Completed rental application for each applicant and co-applicant (if applicable) b. Valid government-issued photo identification c. Application fees for all applicants d. Application deposit for the unit
Acceptance of Application (a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Air Global Service. In such case, the Applicant shall promptly submit such information in writing.
Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.
