Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, Tenant agrees to meet with Landlord’s architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly preparing preliminary space plans for the layout of the New Premises (“Space Plans”). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the New Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord.

Preparation of Space Plans. Landlord's architect (the "Architect") shall prepare preliminary space plans for the Premises. The Architect, in consultation with Landlord's engineers, shall prepare detailed space plans sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Leasehold Improvements therein ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans shall be submitted to Tenant for Tenant's reasonable approval. If Tenant shall disapprove of any portion of the Space Plans, Tenant shall advise Landlord in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor. Failure of Tenant to give Landlord written notice of disapproval within ten (10) business days after submission to Tenant shall be deemed approval. If Tenant timely disapproves any portion of the Space Plans, Landlord shall submit to Tenant for Tenant's reasonable approval (to be given in the same period provided above), a redesign of the Space Plans ("Redesign"), incorporating those revisions required by Tenant. If Tenant timely disapproves the Redesign, Landlord shall either (a) submit to Tenant for Tenant's reasonable approval another redesign of the Space Plans (to be given in the same period provided above), incorporating those revisions required of Tenant or (b) terminate this Lease by written notice to Tenant.

Landlord hereby approves the use of Ocio Design Group as Tenant’s architect for the Tenant Improvements. The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule, which shall in any event be within three (3) business days of submittal to Landlord. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule (which shall in any event be within five (5) business days of submittal to Landlord, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord. Landlord will respond to any Tenant submittal within three (3) business days.
Preparation of Space Plans. Lessor hereby approves the use by -------------------------- Lessee of Xxx X. Xxxx Associates (the "Architect") to be retained by Lessee in ---------------------- connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Promptly following the date hereof, Lessee shall cause the Architect to prepare preliminary space plans for the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein (the "Space Plans"). Two sets of the Space Plans shall be submitted to Lessor for Lessor's approval, which approval shall be unreasonably withheld. Promptly following Lessor's response, Lessee shall submit to Lessor, for Lessor's reasonable approval, a re-design of the Space Plans, incorporating the revisions required by Lessor.

Lessee's Contractor shall also prepare detailed space plans sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Leasehold Improvements therein ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans shall be submitted to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval. If Lessor shall disapprove of any portion of the Space Plans, Lessor shall advise Lessee in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor. Lessee shall then submit to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval, a redesign of the Space Plans, incorporating those revisions required by Lessor.

The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord's approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord.
Preparation of Space Plans. Tenant shall prepare a preliminary space plan depicting the layout and the Tenant Improvements for the Expansion Space which shall be submitted to Landlord for Landlord’s approval (the “Space Plans”), which approval shall not unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided, however, so long as (i) the Space Plans are substantially consistent with the type of improvements located in the Current Premises (the “Current Premises Improvements”), (ii) the Tenant Improvements do not involve structural or exterior modifications of the Expansion Space, (iii) the Tenant Improvements do not adversely affect the Building structure, systems, utilities, common area or other tenants of the Building, and (iv) the Tenant Improvements depicted in the Space Plans comply with the terms of Section 4(c) of this Exhibit B below. Landlord shall approve or reasonably disapprove the Space Plans within five (5) business days following Landlord’s receipt of said Space Plans. If Landlord fails to respond within such five (5) business-day period, Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the Space Plans.

Preparation of Space Plans. Landlord agrees to meet with Tenant's architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly reviewing preliminary space plans for the layout of the Suite 2600 and 2700 Expansion Space prepared by Tenant and for improvements (the "Common Improvements") to the men's and women's building standard restrooms on the 26th and 27th floors and in constructing a building standard corridor on the 26th floor which shall conform to Landlord's new building standard restroom, elevator lobby and corridor 37th floor plans (collectively, the "Space Plans"). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Suite 2600 and 2700 Expansion Space and Common Improvements and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord by notice in accordance with the Lease. If Landlord disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans because a Design Problem exists or with respect to the Common Improvements for deviation from Landlord's 37th floor standards, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor why a Design Problem or such deviation exists. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord's approval a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord to the extent necessary to eliminate the Design Problem or deviation from the 37th floor standards. In addition to the Allowance, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant an allowance to be applied towards the cost of preparing the Space Plans in the amount of up to $3,671.25 (the "Space Planning Allowance").

The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. If Tenant chooses to engage its own space planner as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, the cost of preparing the Space Plans shall be paid from the Allowance (as defined below).
