Prices of Services. 6.1 VAR acknowledges and agrees that the Price List contains the cost of VAR’s purchase of the Services from Distributor, and that VAR bears the sole obligation for the payment of taxes and fees of any kind that may be owed to any and all applicable authoritative agencies within the jurisdictions in which the Services are sold by VAR.

Prices of Services. After the second year of the Agreement, the increase prices stipulated in this Clause 1.4 automatically cease to be applicable.

When prices are stated exclusive of tax (in particular for Services for professionals), VAT and any other tax applicable to the Services (excluding taxes on OVHcloud's income) will be added to the price of the Services and will be due without this being considered as a price change. Except in the case of special pricing, the price of the Services includes the cost of acquiring the licenses and rights to use the tools, software and operating systems used by OVHcloud and/or, where applicable, made available to the Client by OVHcloud as part of the Services. It is the Client's responsibility to acquire and pay for the licenses and rights of use required to use the Content. For more details on how the prices of the Services are calculated, the Client may refer to the Website and to the applicable SC. The intervention of an expert or the provision of reports concerning the Services are invoiced in addition at the rates in force.
Prices of Services. Definitions in the Agreement (which Agreement includes any schedule and/or any appendix thereto) shall also apply in these SJA Training Supply Terms. In the event of any conflict between these SJA Training Supply Terms and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall take precedence.
Prices of Services. Fees for services will be calculated pursuant to the current price sheet that can be found on SPNP website, which may be modified from time-to-time by SPNP in its sole discretion.

Prices of Services. The categories of Services which may be furnished by NFC and the initial prices of the Services are set forth on Schedule A hereto. The prices of Services may be varied from time to time by NFC to remain consistent with salaries of the respective service providers in the employment of NFC and the applicable NFC burden rates. Variations in prices shall be provided by notice to NAFCORP and shall be effected not more frequently than once per calendar quarter. Materials and third party services incidental to the provision of Services shall be furnished at cost.
Prices of Services. 5.1 The Service Operator is free to set the prices for the Services and maintain these through the GoWash portal.
