Pro-rated Fees. Within thirty (30) days after the issuance of a permit for the installation of additional footage of Conduit(s), if such installation subjects PAETEC to an annual fee pursuant to Section 21.2.3 or Section 21.2.4 above (if applicable), PAETEC will pay a pro-rated portion of the annual fee, as adjusted, per linear foot for that section of its expanded route. The prorated annual fee shall be determined by multiplying the annual footage fee, as adjusted, for the year of payment, by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of full months between the month of issuance of the permit and the next following anniversary date of this Agreement and the denominator of which is twelve (12).

Pro-rated Fees. Pro-rated summer seasonal fees are offered only as of June 15th for summer if any slips remain available. Slips will not be held before June 15th for any tenant seeking pro-rated fees. Full season long fees apply where the Marina Operator holds or the Tenant occupies a seasonal Slip before June 15th.
Pro-rated Fees. A Licensee assigned a bed space in University Village later than the first day of the month shall be charged a pro-rated fee for the balance of the first month’s License Fee. License Fees are pro-rated from the initial date of the License Agreement rather than from the date of occupancy and are based on a 30-day calendar month. No space will be held for occupancy for more than one week. TREATMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS Failure of Licensee to satisfy financial obligations of this License Agreement shall subject Licensee to one or more of the following:

Pro-rated Fees. 6.1 In cases where a Student commences at or leaves the College part-way through the School Year, Fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis in accordance with clause 7and clause 8.

Pro-rated fees only apply on summer agreements dated to terminate October 15th. Full season long fees apply where the Marina Operator holds or the Tenant occupies a seasonal Slip before June 15th. Refunds on seasonal fees on a prorated basis will only be offered under certain specific conditions in the Marina Operator’s discretion and as approved by senior staff as per the Marina Operator’s refund policy. Payment is due for the full term upon execution of this Agreement. Installment plans offered via Swell advantage are subject to administration fees. Full payment must be made by August 2nd for a summer term and by February 1st for a winter term.

Pro-rated Fees. At the commencement or termination of the Artist’s engagement, if the Artist is engaged to perform or rehearse for part of a week, for four (4) days or fewer, the compensation may be prorated and the Artist paid one-fifth (1/5) of the weekly contractual fee for each day or part thereof. Pro-rated Fees. In the event that this Licence is terminated insofar as it applies to a particular Paying Licensee, the Paying Licensee shall be required to pay a fraction only of the licence fee for the current term and shall not be required to pay for any subsequent term. The fraction shall have as its denominator the number of days in the current term and the numerator of such fraction shall be the number of days that have expired in the current term as at the date of termination. Upon termination CANCOPY shall immediately repay to the Paying Licensee any overpayment or the Paying Licensee shall pay to CANCOPY any shortfall as the case may require.
