PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. This article does not apply to ACCESS TRANSIT employees.
PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. The parties to this agreement agree to co-operate positively to ensure the future development and long term viability of CAMS to the benefit of all stake-holders, including customers, employees, the community and the environment. The parties further agree to work towards the achievement of cost benefits from this agreement through productivity measures. The Productivity Committee (which may be a Working Group of the Staff Consultative Committee) is to review and continue to develop ongoing processes with the objective of identifying issues, cost savings and improved communications in order to further increase effectiveness and productivity. The Staff Consultative Committee will monitor the effectiveness of these processes and outcomes.
PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. 36.1 To assist in achieving the objectives of this agreement a Productivity Committee will be formed.
PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. A Committee shall be formed consisting of three (3) District and three (3) Union representatives to study issues of efficiency and cost reduction in monitoring District buildings and facilities including, but not limited to, scheduling of overtime for such purpose and the recording of such overtime, e.g. time clocks. The Committee shall, by majority vote, recommend solutions to these issues which will be implemented by the District. Such recommendations shall be made by June 30, 2011 to the Superintendent of Schools.
PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. 66.1 A Productivity Committee will oversee the achievement of the objectives of this Agreement.

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the World Bank.

  • Safety Committee 62.1 Where a Health and Safety Committee is established on a job in accordance with section 72 of the OHS Act, it shall include the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor and the Health and Safety Representative/s.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
