Staff Consultative Committee. 8.1 Consultation on general employment and workplace relations matters (including on policies and procedures) will occur through the Staff Consultative Committee. The consultation period will typically be for a period of two weeks. The Staff Consultative Committee is not a decision making body.
Staff Consultative Committee. 11.3.1 A Staff Consultative Committee will be established within six (6) weeks from the date of certification of this Agreement and will normally meet six (6) times per year. The composition of the Staff Consultative Committee will be: Seven (7) management representatives nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; Seven (7) employee representatives consisting of the following: o Four
Staff Consultative Committee. The implementation and application of this Agreement will be considered by a Staff Consultative Committee which will generally meet on a 2 monthly basis, or as requested, and includes consultation on matters arising from this Agreement.
Staff Consultative Committee. (1) ACECQA and its employees are committed to working collaboratively to promote a productive and cohesive workplace. In order to provide a forum to discuss issues affecting ACECQA’s workplace, an ACECQA Staff Consultative Committee will meet twice per calendar year and more frequently if required in accordance with the Committee’s terms of reference.
(2) The Staff Consultative Committee terms of reference outline the composition of the Committee, the role and terms of reference of the Committee and the frequency of meetings.
Staff Consultative Committee. 3.7.1 The purpose of the Staff Consultative Committee is to provide a forum in which employee union delegates and management can consult, investigate and communicate about matters arising out of this Agreement.
3.7.2 The role of the Committee will also be to co-operatively and positively be involved in reviewing changes to employment related policies and programs to enhance career opportunities and job security of all Council employees.
3.7.3 In addition to matters arising out of this Agreement, the Staff Consultative Committee will review on a three (3) monthly basis, the positions held by independent contractors, agency staff, casuals, special leave pool balance, vacancies that have been vacant for three (3) or more months and temporary employees and the nature of their employment.
3.7.4 The Committee shall be responsible for establishing its own charter, terms of reference, meeting schedule and agenda. It is envisaged that these items will be on the agenda of the first meeting of the Committee. Previous terms of reference will be used in the determination of new terms of reference.
Staff Consultative Committee. Council has established and will maintain a joint Staff-Management Consultative Committee. The Committee membership and procedures will be appropriate to the size, structure and needs of Council and shall be administered in accordance with the Staff Consultative Committee Terms of Reference, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Committee is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Agreement and providing an open forum to raise organisational workplace issues, consult and provide feedback on workplace policies. Committee members may be provided with any appropriate training identified by the Committee as being necessary to undertake this task. The Committee will meet quarterly, or as required, and at locations within the municipality, or elsewhere, as determined by the Committee. The Committee may invite or co-opt other persons to attend as required. A Union Delegate from a specific work unit is eligible to participate on the Committee if they so choose.
Staff Consultative Committee. This Enterprise Agreement has been developed in consultation with the Pristine Waters Council Staff Consultative Committee.
Staff Consultative Committee. A Staff Consultative Committee (SCC) shall be established to overview the implementation of the Agreement and identify proposals for consideration in future agreements. This Committee shall include two employees who are FSU members and reflect the establishment of the Enterprise Bargaining Committee for this Agreement. The Credit Union will afford the SCC such resources as may be reasonable and necessary for performance of its work. All work performed by a member of the Committee will be considered work time and all SCC members will be reimbursed for the costs arising out of their participation on the Committee. If any FSU member is no longer able to participate in that forum, a new representative will be appointed by the Union.
Staff Consultative Committee. To facilitate the implementation of the Agreement, ongoing workplace reform and any changes related to refurbishment and redevelopment, it is agreed that there will be commitment to effective consultation and communication. It is agreed that a Staff Consultative Committee (SCC) shall be formed that will have the responsibility for its implementation. Membership nomination will be open to all Employees. The SCC will:
(a) Oversee the implementation of this Agreement
(b) Provide a mechanism for improving communication and consultation with all Employees on all matters raised by all Employees that relate to effective and efficient work practices and training including review of the annual training plan developed in accordance with clause 3.14.1.
(c) Where redevelopment and associated major change is to be considered in accordance with clauses 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 & 8.6, the SCC will be involved in a consultation process, particularly as it relates to the introduction of new technology and equipment or changes to operating policies and procedures.
(d) Review existing methods of communication (such as intranet, newsletters, general Employees and department meetings) to increase understanding of any proposed workplace changes resulting from redevelopment.
(e) Provide a forum on the development and improvement of policies and procedures. The SCC will comprise:
(a) Chief Executive Officer
(b) Staff representatives from across the Centre (aiming at one representative from each department)
(c) Three Management team representatives
(d) Unions and staff representative, as applicable The SCC may establish a specified working group to develop and trial new policies/working arrangements. The working group would report back to the SCC on the progress of such trials. The SCC shall meet no less than four (4) times each year and meetings will take place at times which minimise the need for replacement staff. Employees will be paid to attend but attendance will not incur overtime/penalty payments.
Staff Consultative Committee. 9.2.1 Health Super and employees shall establish a staff consultative committee (‘SCC’) consisting of up to a maximum of six members. This committee shall comprise of three management representatives and three employee representatives.
9.2.2 The purposes of the committee are as follows:
(a) to consult on the development of a new agreement
(b) to facilitate open two way communication in relation to employment and work related matters between Health Super management and Health Super employees.
9.2.3 It is acknowledged by management and employees that this process is consistent with the Dispute Settlement procedure of this Agreement. It is also agreed that prior to formally raising any matter at the SCC, the matter will be raised with the Department Manager/ relevant staff member in the first instance.
