Productivity Incentive In addition to the Minimum Milk Price, you will be paid a Productivity Incentive based on the total number of milk solids in your milk that you supply to DFMC each Month during the Term that complies with the Quality Standards. The Productivity Incentive will be paid at the rates set out in Item 5 of the Details.
Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.
Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

Performance Expectation Provided the conditions are met under 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 proceeding, ALLTEL’s performance expectation is to provide 100% due dates met within reporting month. If service levels fall below 95% of the performance expectation within a reporting month, root cause analysis and joint problem resolution will be implemented within thirty (30) days.
