BRANCH ALLOWANCE. All constables of the Identification Branch, while so employed, who hold a certificate for fingerprinting and photographer(s), shall be entitled to a special pay allowance at the rate of $2,000.00 per annum on completion of six (6) months satisfactory service with this Branch (temporary or permanent) as recommended by the officer commanding the Investigation Division, this remuneration to be made in two (2) equal payments, the first pay in June and the first pay in November. BRANCH ALLOWANCE. A $40 per week Branch Allowance will continue to apply to existing Employees of the Company who currently have this entitlement for the term of their employment. There shall be no further entitlement to Branch Allowance by other existing Service Technicians, or new Employees.
BRANCH ALLOWANCE these are paid (pro-rated for those on part time contracts) to colleagues based in certain branches, and applies to all roles: ✓ Inner London - Woolwich, Purley, Earlsfield, Manor Park, Hayes, Watford, Enfield Colleagues based in these units and their associated branches will be paid the Inner London Allowance. ✓ Outer London - Gravesend, Southend, Welwyn Garden City Colleagues based in these units and their associated branches will be paid the Outer London Allowance. Temporarily undertaking a higher paid role (secondments) If you’re formally seconded to a higher paid role, you’ll usually get a secondment allowance for the duration of the secondment. For colleagues seconded to a role with a higher ‘spot rate salary’, you will normally be paid the rate for this role. For colleagues seconded to a more senior role with a salary range, please refer to the Co-op’s Internal Mobility Reward Principles which can be found on the intranet. BIE Embalmers Allowances for colleagues whose primary role is not embalming A BIE Xxxxxxxx’s Allowance is paid to anyone whose main role is not embalming but completes over 100 cases a yearsee Appendix A for current rates. A BIE Trainee Xxxxxxxx’s Allowance is paid to anyone, whose main role is not embalming, but who is undertaking BIE training. The allowance is only paid during training. See Appendix A for the current rate. Standby Allowance In the main, standby payments are made to Funeral Directors, Funeral Service Operatives (on consolidated contracts) and Funeral Service Crew. Xxxxxxxxxx employed in other roles may participate in the rotas by mutual agreement – but they must have received the appropriate training. Appendices A and B provide more details of when the allowance may be claimed For each occasion on standby allowance a single payment will be made. Double standby payments are made to anyone who is on standby on both Saturday and Sunday. Occasions of less than 24 hours (whether they are 3 hours or 15 hours) will be classed as a single occasion. Standby payments are not overtime payments and should not be used for any other purpose. The amount of standby payments earned by a colleague is not guaranteed and will fluctuate with the frequency of participation on a rota.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400.   • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:-
