Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. You will not (i) use or launch any automated system, including, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional browser; (ii) use the Subscription Service in any manner that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs any of our websites or interferes with any other party's use of the Subscription Service; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Subscription Service; (iv) access the Subscription Service other than through our interface; or (v) use the Subscription Service for any purpose or in any manner that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You may not use the Subscription Service if you are legally prohibited from receiving or using the Subscription Service under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which you are resident or from which you access or use the Subscription Service. The Subscription Service is designed to comply with industry- specific regulations such as the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) & the Controlled Substances Act you may not use the Subscription Service where your communications would be subject to such laws. You agree to use maintain the data as required by law and agree to its accuracy from the manner in which you use the Subscription Service not the Service its-self in any or all audits from regulators, any or all legal proceedings or otherwise used as evidence. You will notify us right away of any unauthorized use of your Users’ identifications and passwords or your account by following the

Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. Customer agrees that it will not: (a) use or launch any automated system that sends more request messages to Supplier’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional browser, or at an API rate above 20 requests per second; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Subscription Service; (c) use the Services in a way that threaten the security, integrity, or availability of the Subscription Services; (d) use the Supplier email send service to send unsolicited emails or in a way that results in excessive bounce-backs, SPAM notices or requests for removal from a mailing list by recipients; (e) use the Subscription Service to email purchased lists; (f) directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover or otherwise disclose to any third party the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, Documentation, content or data related to the Services; (g) make the Subscription Services, Documentation, content or data available for the benefit of any third party (except to its Affiliates with permitted access in accordance with this Agreement), or sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent or lease any Services, Documentation, content or data to any third party for any purpose, commercial or otherwise; (h) use the Subscription Service with content or in a manner that uploads files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another person's computer.
Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. You will not (i) use the Managed Services in any manner that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs any of our websites or interferes with any other party's use of the Managed Services; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Managed Services; (iii) access the Managed Services other than through our interface; or (iv) use the Managed Services for any purpose or in any manner that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. Customer shall not: a) use the Service to collect, manage or process Restricted Information; b) use the Services to email purchased lists without proper consent from the recipient; c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; d) use the Services in a way that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services, including but not limited to uploading content or files that contains viruses, malware, or malicious code and sending spam emails; e) directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover or disclose to any third party the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services; f) sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease or make available the Services or Documentation to any third party; g) add any Personal Data to a sandbox environment; and h) use the Services in a manner that facilitates bias or discriminatory practices, whether intentional or inadvertent, based on sensitive or protected categories or characteristics.

Prohibited and Unauthorized Use. In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Services or Website: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition. 1.2. User shall not publish, retransmit, display, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit the Data in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s linguistic education and research.

  • Notification of Xxxxxx and Unauthorized Release (a) Vendor will promptly notify the District of any breach or unauthorized release of Protected Data it has received from the District in the most expedient way possible and without unreasonable delay, but no more than seven (7) calendar days after Vendor has discovered or been informed of the breach or unauthorized release. (b) Vendor will provide such notification to the District by contacting Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer, directly by email at xxxxxx.xxx@xxxxx.xxx or by calling 000-000-0000. (c) Vendor will cooperate with the District and provide as much information as possible directly to Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer or his/her designee about the incident, including but not limited to: a description of the incident, the date of the incident, the date Vendor discovered or was informed of the incident, a description of the types of Protected Data involved, an estimate of the number of records affected, the schools within the District affected, what the Vendor has done or plans to do to investigate the incident, stop the breach and mitigate any further unauthorized access or release of Protected Data, and contact information for Vendor representatives who can assist affected individuals that may have additional questions. (d) Vendor acknowledges that upon initial notification from Vendor, the District, as the educational agency with which Vendor contracts, has an obligation under Section 2-d to in turn notify the Chief Privacy Officer in the New York State Education Department (“CPO”). Vendor agrees not to provide this notification to the CPO directly unless requested by the District or otherwise required by law. In the event the CPO contacts Vendor directly or requests more information from Vendor regarding the incident after having been initially informed of the incident by the District, Vendor will promptly inform Xxxxxx Xxx, Data Protection Officer or his/her designee.

  • Unauthorized Use The Participating Institutions, or the Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than the Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.

  • Liability for Unauthorized Use If any Card is lost or stolen or otherwise may be used without your permission (express or implied), you must immediately notify us orally or in writing at the following phone number or address: 0-000-000-0000 or at TIB, National Association, P.O Box 569120, Dallas, Texas 75356-9120. If unauthorized use of a Card occurs before you notify us of the loss, theft or unauthorized use, you may be liable up to a maximum amount of $50. If unauthorized use of a Credit Device occurs, you may be liable for all of the unauthorized use.
