Project Development Team Meetings. This meeting focuses on current project issues and project development tasks. The Project Manager and additional key personnel as appropriate with consultation with the department Project Manager shall participate in the meetings. The meetings will be held monthly in San Bernardino or Grand Terrace and each meeting will last up to 2 hours. The Construction Manager shall be given assignments and tasks for follow-up during the meetings, as well as a schedule for performing and completing such assignments and tasks. The Construction Manager shall be responsible to timely meet the commitments for response in a format acceptable to the Department (e.g., comment and resolution form, redlined drawings, written report, and electronic track changes) and within the time period directed by the Department, which, in determining such schedule, shall consider a deliverable’s size and complexity. The Project Team shall establish these expectations, assignments, and commitments at the Project Team kickoff workshop and shall update and discuss the same regularly and issue additional assignments during Project meetings. Table 1 lists the review response period for the specified document types, measured from receipt by the Construction Manager of the applicable documents. Project Development Team Meetings. KHA will coordinate and attend PDT meetings with City staff and stakeholder representatives at and in-between project milestones determined during the kickoff meeting. Meeting agendas for the planned meeting and summaries/notes from the previous meetings shall be prepared by KHA at each meeting and distributed to the Project Manager and other attendees. An Action Item list and a status of project deliverables will be updated on a monthly basis and be made available for each PDT meeting. It is anticipated that up to five meetings will be required.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.
