PROJECT MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION. 9.01 County shall manage, oversee, administer and carry out all of the activities and services required for construction of the Project to insure that the Project is constructed, equipped, furnished and completed with new materials in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the design and construction documents.
9.02 County shall enforce Substantial Compliance with the terms of the agreements with the contractors and subcontractors and require that work continuously and diligently be performed to achieve Substantial Completion on or before the scheduled completion date set out in the project schedule.
9.03 Upon approval of this Agreement by the governing bodies of the Parties, the Parties’ respective Directors shall schedule a meeting to finalize the team structure and develop the procedures and processes necessary to coordinate design and construction in accordance with the standard business practices of those disciplines.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION. Developer’s compensation for PMDC shall commence and will be payable beginning on Notice to Proceed date and shall continue for the duration of this Agreement. For Buildings C and E, Services for project management during construction shall be invoiced to Town or Project Entity at a fixed rate basis of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) per month. For Building D, Services for project management during construction shall be invoiced to Town or Project Entity at a fixed rate basis of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) per month. Unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise, Developer shall be compensated on an hourly rate basis and be reimbursed for project-related expenses for all changes in Project scope, Services, suspensions, and delays.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION. 8.01 County will manage, oversee, administer, and carry out all (or arrange for the management, oversight, administration, and completion) of the City Utility Relocation Work and related activities and services required for its completion to ensure that the Project is constructed, equipped, furnished, and completed with new materials in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable design and construction documents.
8.02 County will enforce substantial compliance with the terms of the agreements with the contractors and subcontractors and require that the City Utility Relocation Work continuously and diligently be performed to achieve Substantial Completion on or before the scheduled completion date set out in the proposed schedule for such work (the “Proposed Schedule”), a copy of such Proposed Schedule being attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof.
8.03 Upon approval of this Agreement by the governing bodies of the Parties, the Parties’ respective designated personnel will schedule a meeting to finalize the team structure and develop the procedures and processes necessary to coordinate design and construction in accordance with the standard business practices of those disciplines.
8.04 The County Project Manager will provide either a digital or written notice to the City Project Manager a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the issuance of a Notice to Proceed for the start of construction on the City Utility Relocation Work. The County Project Manager will also provide the City Project Manager with either a digital or written notice a minimum of five (5) business days prior to any necessary street or sidewalk closures.
8.05 In addition to the general notice requirements contained in Article 17, below, County will promptly furnish the City Project Manager with copies of all legal notices received by County affecting any of the City Utility Relocation Work including, without limitation, notices from applicable governmental authorities having jurisdiction, and notices from any person or entity claiming default in any payment obligation and any other notice not of a routine nature. County will also give written notice under Article 17, herein, of any claim, suit, proceeding, or action that is initiated or threatened in connection with the City Utility Relocation Work or against City and/or County in connection with City Utility Relocation Work.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION. Develop and prepare a detailed scope of work narrative for Professional Engineering Services for submittal and review by Owner and FAA. The Agreement shall include a comprehensive description of services and responsibilities of each party involved. A detailed fee estimate for professional engineering services will be prepared including sub consultant services and reimbursable expenses. • Prepare the easement required for the Electrical utility service along the service roadto the site. A licensed surveyor will document the easement and file with the appropriate agency. • Develop documents to be used for an independent fee estimate. This will include scope of work, project sketch, and a blank engineering fee spreadsheet describing the scopeof work items. • Prepare monthly invoicing and summary for Owner. Paperwork includes RFR documents required for the FAA and those required for the Oregon Department of Aviation ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Owner to submit for RFR reimbursement through Delphi and the State. A Total of twenty (20) pay requests are anticipated during construction. (Paperwork will be required for up to 3 separate federal grants and one state grant.) • Coordinate with Subconsultants throughout Construction. • DBE Program Reporting for the project. • Gather DBE utilization from this project and enter information into the DBE connect portal. • Provide Stakeholder Support and Coordination to include the following: • Provide information for City of Bend staff to post on their hosted website ona quarterly basis. • Provide content for the airport manager’s monthly airport newsletter. • Provide information for the city’s internal quarterly tower meetings. • Provide presentation/Q&A support for two Bend City Council meetings. • Provide content for other communication needs (e.g., responses to media inquiries, etc.) as requested by the airport manager and city staff. • Provide Documentation for Equipment and Communications procurement package. • Work with Tower Specialist to deliver the procurement package for the Communications and other Equipment necessary for the control cab in the tower for bidding and necessary documentation during construction. • Assist the City in that Bidding effort by providing documentation. Assist with FAA coordination on the Communications and Equipment element.
