Project Scope Statement. The Department shall supply a scope statement for the Project. The Project Scope statement may contain background and justification for the Project and quantification of Work items contained in the Project. The Project Scope statement will define the Base Construction Allocation. For new construction and major rehabilitation projects, the Department may provide a program statement describing proposed program activities, space requirements, and equipment needs. Where a Project Scope statement is not supplied by the Department, or where the supplied Project Scope statement does not contain sufficient information to proceed with design, the Professional shall work with the Department and develop the Project Scope statement or missing parts.

Project Scope Statement. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall, during SVP and as further required, define: (a) Project Deliverables, their frequency, and recipients; (b) CIVLS solution processes and technologies; (c) Organizational responsibilities; (d) Work location and schedule; and, (e) DMV customer information about timing and location of solution delivery. The Contractor shall work with the State to update the project scope statement periodically to reflect changes to the scope of the Agreement, if any, or delivery requirements, including updates associated with each Release.
Project Scope Statement. PROJECT PURPOSE / BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION The purpose of this project is to modernize the current land records management system and expand onthe services offered to the public by the Tulsa County Clerk’s Office. Workflow efficiencies, staff productivity and system bug improvements are all driving factors for this implementation. DELIVERABLES In accordance with this agreement, the following items are listed as deliverables for this project: Acclaim™ – land records management system including features and functionality outlined in thisSOW Acclaim Web™ – provides online searching, registered agent access, and eCommerce services foronline purchases.
Project Scope Statement. The “Addressing Barriers to Employment for Individuals with Disabilities in Orange County” project is intended to supplement existing workforce and education programs by providing services to ensure the success of individuals either preparing to enter or already enrolled in workforce and education programs, and expand workforce services to individuals with disabilities by providing soft skills training, Vocational Preparation and Social Adjustment training (VPSA), as well as co-enrollment into the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act through Orange County America’s Job Centers of California (AJCC)/One Stop Centers. The targeted population shall receive services including job readiness, employment placement opportunities such as work experience, and permanent placement into Competitive Integrated Employment. The intended soft skills and VPSA trainings shall be offered to the targeted population, and training on best practices in serving individuals with disabilities shall be provided to Orange County and AJCC staff throughout the community. Upon outreach/recruitment and enrollment into the program, participants will be offered soft skills and VPSA trainings and transitioned into co-enrollment in a workforce development program administered through the Orange County AJCC's or by Goodwill Industries of Orange County.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Final Project Report Prepare a Final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the draft Final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master copy and an electronic copy of the final. Upload an electronic copy of the final report in pdf format to the Financial Assistance Application Submittal Tool (FAAST) system.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Timeline Contractor must perform the Services and deliver the Deliverables according to the following timeline:

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.
