Promotion - Advertising. Afnic posts on its website the information provided by the Registrar for its services. The accuracy of the information provided and update thereof is the sole responsibility of the Registrar. Ultimately, this directory will specify the type of services offered and the nature of the target audience for each Registrar.
Promotion - Advertising. (a) EBC and Look Smart will make a joint announcement of Look Smart's funding of the Series. Look Smart will also have recognition on all promotional and press materials for the Series that are created or controlled by EBC. Inadvertent failure to identify Look Smart in any particular instance will not be a breach of this Agreement.
(b) EBC will assign a client service person as a liaison to Look Smart in connection with the implementation of this Agreement.
(c) EBC will cause PBS to provide a hot link to the Look Smart site at the PBS website xxx.xxx.xxx. -----------
(d) Look Smart may make reference to its role as an underwriter of the Series in program promotion and institutional promotion provided that Look Smart affords EBC prior approval of any and all promotional materials. Look Smart will not act in any manner so as to express or imply institutional endorsement by EBC, its officers and employees, or others who appear on or are connected with the Series, without the prior permission of such parties.
Promotion - Advertising. Any costs incurred at the Hirer’s request and paid or payable by the Koorliny Arts Centre.
Promotion - Advertising. 6.1. Unless otherwise specified, Pickstar retains the right to reshare any promotional material created through a Pickstar-facilitated booking. This includes branded content, marketing collateral, event images, use of IP and similar.
6.2. You must not use any biographical or any other information about the Talent to promote the Engagement unless Pickstar or the Talent have expressly granted You prior written consent to do so. Subject to such consent, You may only use biographical or any other information about the Talent that has been supplied by Pickstar.
6.3. Any promotional materials You intend to use in promoting the Engagement must be submitted through Pickstar’s Website’s Chat Room for approval by the Talent or their representative, prior to implementation and/or distribution. Pickstar will not accept any promotional material which includes any licensed imagery and/or connotation.
6.4. It is Your responsibility to ensure no portion of the Engagement is recorded in any permanent form, which captures the Talent’s appearance, if the Talent or their authorised representative has not granted You prior written consent to do so;
6.5. Your use of permanent recordings for promotional or commercial purposes also requires prior written consent (by way of electronic communication or fully executed contract) by the Talent or their authorised representative.
6.6. If You fail to comply with the requirement of consent in any provision under this clause 5, Pickstar accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever for damage, loss or liability arising out of Your advertising or dissemination of content related to the Talent and/or in contravention of any pre-existing sponsorships, agreements or arrangements the Talent may have (and You indemnify and fully hold harmless Pickstar against any loss or damages sustained by You in connection with either Yours or the Talent’s breach of this clause 6)
Promotion - Advertising. The Permitor will obtain approval from the Permittee prior to using any photographs, videos of the Permittee's meeting, event or show for promotional usage. The Permittee will obtain the Permitor's approval to use any photographs or videos that depict the Space or MCC common areas and grounds, except that the Permitor shall have no right to use any photograph, likeness, name, logo or mark associated with the Permittee or the name of a representative of the University of Minnesota in any promotional work or advertising , or any form of publicity or in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Permittee in each instance. In all forms of advertising medium, the standard MCC logo must be displayed and/or described in the manner selected by the Permitor at its sole discretion, and shall be submitted to Permitor for the Permitor's approval at least seven (7) days prior to its intended publication, telecasting, broadcasting or other use.

The name and logo of the Laurel Packinghouse and Kelowna Museums Kelowna Museums may not be used in event promotion and advertising without prior written approval from the Laurel Packinghouse Coordinator. KMS may promote public events on the KMS web page and social media, upon receipt of publicity information provided by the renter.
