Protective Clothing and Equipment. The University will provide all necessary protective devices, clothing, or equipment to the employee to ensure a safe work environment, according to Workers’ Compensation Board regulations. An employee who refuses to use or wear such devices or who fails to follow health and safety procedures will be subject to disciplinary procedures. The regulations with respect to the right to refuse unsafe work will be posted on the Internet, and copies will be provided to employees on request.
