Common use of Protective Clothing and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Protective Clothing and Equipment. a) The Employer shall provide such safety clothing and safety equipment as is required by the WCB Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. b) Staff shall be provided with gloves. All such clothing, tools, and equipment shall be maintained and replaced at the Employer's expense. c) All such clothing, tools, and equipment shall comply with applicable Workers' Compensation Board regulations concerning same.
