Provision of Staff. 6.1 SL shall not provide specialist personnel such as technicians, commissionaires, toastmasters and the like unless this is specified on the Booking Form or expressly agreed with the Client in writing.
6.2 All Staff, third parties or contractors engaged by the Client must be sufficiently trained to ensure a proper standard of observance and performance of all regulations, fulfilment of the terms of this agreement and the on-going good conduct of all attendees.
6.3 The Client shall appoint a representative of the Client who shall be available at all times to deal with any enquiries and emergencies and to ensure that all guests attending the Event comply with Clause 8 below.
Provision of Staff. The Borrower shall ensure that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees engaged in connection with the Mines with a view to enabling the operation and maintenance of the Mines substantially in accordance with the Mine Plans.
Provision of Staff. The Parent shall ensure that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees or contractors engaged in connection with the Lima Energy Project to enable the achievement of the covenants hereunder.
Provision of Staff. Each of the Obligors shall ensure (to the satisfaction of the Agent) that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees engaged in connection with the Mine and the Morila Project with a view to enabling (a) the occurrence of the Mechanical Completion Date, the Economic Completion Date and the Release Date on or prior to 31 December, 2001, and (b) the operation, development and maintenance of the Mine substantially in accordance with the Development Plan.
Provision of Staff. The Borrower shall on and from the date hereof ensure that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees engaged in connection with the Mine and the Project for the operation, development and maintenance of the Mine substantially in accordance with (if effective) the Development Plan.
Provision of Staff. (1) The Service Provider agrees to make available, within two (2) weeks of a written request of the Business in this regard, the services of its employees having expertise with respect to the provision of the Technical Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultants”) in order to assist and train the Business’ personnel at the Business Plant.
(2) With respect to Clause 4 (1) above, the Business hereby agrees:
i. to arrange and pay for appropriate accommodation for any Consultants of the Service Provider; and
ii. (b) to pay for the air fare (economy class) for any Consultants of the Service Provider that it may require.
Provision of Staff. The Company shall ensure that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees or contractors engaged in connection with the Project to enable the achievement of the Milestones.
Provision of Staff. 3.6.1 The Consultant shall, on request, submit to the NAC Representative for approval, the names, work addresses, qualifications, experience and proposed roles of all persons, including principals, to be employed by the Consultant to provide the Services under the Agreement.
Provision of Staff. The Sponsor shall ensure that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees engaged in connection with the Mine and the Project for the operation, development and maintenance of the Mine substantially in accordance with (if effective) the Development Plan.
Provision of Staff. Each of the Obligors shall ensure (to the satisfaction of the Facility Agent and the Independent Engineer) that there are sufficient competent technical and management employees engaged in connection with the Mine and the Loulo Project with a view to enabling the occurrence of Mechanical Completion on or prior to 30 June, 2006, the occurrence of Economic Completion on or prior to 31 December, 2007, and the operation, development and maintenance of the Mine substantially in accordance with the Development Plan.
