Public Holiday Pay for Casual. Temporary and Seasonal Employees Casual, Temporary and Seasonal Employees shall not be entitled to a day off with pay on a public holiday. Casual, Temporary and Seasonal Employees shall be paid public holiday pay of 4.62% of regular pay on each pay cheque in lieu of being paid for a public holiday. Temporary and Seasonal Employees will also be given a day off without pay as the public holiday occurs.
